- faculties are very loyal and helpful to reach our goals.
- very secure for girls.i have completed both ug and pg courses in this college.

- The college timing is very early so it is difficult to reach on time.
Placement Experience:
I planned to join a software company to grow my career in software development. In PG 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Average package rupees 3.6 lacs per year and the highest package 4.5 lacs per year.

- All Our department staffs were very friendly to us.

- College fees were too high for this course
- Our college does not provide job opportunities suitable for studies.

Faculty members were polite and ready to explain and clarify our doubts at any time. Faculty members provide us with a wide knowledge of the course scope and career opportunities we have. Totally 6 semesters easy to clear the exam.

Placement Experience:
During the second year, the third semester we were eligible for campus placements. Since it was a pandemic, we had online assessments & interviews. But after some upliftment of restrictions, we went to Visionary RCM, Guindy for a medical coder job.
I was shortlisted for the same offer with 20k/ month, Night Shifts but no cabs for transportation. Almost all of us got offers! My plans are going around on Clinical Fields or for teaching students

Course Curriculum Overview:
First of all, I chose Physics for my own personal interest. But regarding the Department of Physics in Presidency College, it's really good. It's the oldest department in the college, known for its prominent alumnus Dr. C. V. Raman and Dr. S. Chandrashekhar.
All the teaching and non-teaching staffs are very supportive and are well experienced. Most of them try to provide their students with maximum exposure via various programs and workshops. Examinations and publication of results happen at the correct time.

Placement Experience:
During the third-semester campus placements are available. The campus is responsible for the USAB (University Students Advisory Bureau). Training is provided to the student on campus. Many top companies will approach, and the package will be very decent starting from 25000 to 50000 or lakhs. Students get placement above 80%.

The fifth semester is also eligible for placements many companies conduct interviews for example Accenture, Wipro, etc., maximum Accenture, company placements play a major role after the degree I decided to work on my subject-related jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I was passionate in life science field.
One of best college can be referred for faculty - student ratio. Faculties are ready to help students with issues, personal problems etc.
Every faculty appointed in our department was a Ph.D. graduate and were best teachers in their field.
Term exams were conducted monthly and it was very easy to pass.

I choose M.sc (Mathematics). Because, I have interest in maths.In M.sc I will learn more knowledge about maths.so, I choosed M.sc mathematics.
My faculty members were very kind, most experienced and we'll knowledgeable persons.
My all faculties done the ph.d in recognized University.They teaching method was very good and excellence.
In my college, I had sessional exams..it is slightly difficult to pass.but, we would learn more , we will pass.

For admission in M.Sc, a bachelor degree with 50% marks is needed. For the candidates of other colleges 55% marks is necessary.

The University of Madras is doing a great job as it is providing a distance degree with an affordable fee structure. If you are a working individual and do not wish to quit your job, then joining distance MBA here will be the best option.
The courses and the study materials provided are good. You need to put effort in your studies to succeed. Self study is necessary. If you desire to learn more, you could attend the classes.
After completing the exams you will receive your Provisional certificate, within 4 months you will receive the completion certificate.

The M.Sc entrance test conducted by Madras University is not very difficult and it is based on the syllabus of the qualifyng degree. The entrance test will be conducted for 100 questions (MCQs) for 2 hours. There is no negative markin system.
