My Post Graduation experiences

Eligibility - Mandatory to have a UG degree from the same field. Application - IN SIET, Loyola and University the application is online and the fee is around Rs. 300/-. And in Pachaiyappa's the application is offline and the fee is around Rs.50 - 100/- According to TN Govt.'s reservation process they are available during the admission process. The existing admission process is good.

I chose this course because I was passionate in life science field. One of best college can be referred for faculty - student ratio. Faculties are ready to help students with issues, personal problems etc. Every faculty appointed in our department was a Ph.D. graduate and were best teachers in their field. Term exams were conducted monthly and it was very easy to pass.

For our field we didn't receive any internship options except the CFRI, CIBA and other Central organizations. We often get projects from DST and has good Ph.D. courses. Faculties helps us with completing the task on time.

As it is a Government aided college the fee structure is minimal and the fee hike is also slow. I didn't get any scholarship as I haven't applied for it but my classmates have got their scholarship according to the TN govt's instruction.

Intercollegiate competitions are conducted in February. Almost all the books are available in the departmental library and also has a vast central library. Classrooms has PPT facilities and have excellent lab facilities. College has a Good basket ball team and other athletics activities. They have NCC, NSS , RED CROSS etc.
