Ph.D. (Commerce) From LPU, Jalandhar

Pass with 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the Master's Degree* (2 year or 4 semester Master’s Degree after a 3 year Bachelor’s Degree #) or equivalent in the relevant subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview.
or
Completed Company Secretary (CS) with 55% marks from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview
or
Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) with 55% marks from 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India' (ICAI) subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview
# Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree* programme with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.

* in MBA or M.Com or MIB or MFC or equivalent

Or

A candidate who has completed 4-years/8-semesters bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 75% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC and have minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in teaching/research/Industry is also eligible.

NOTE: If an institute has conversion factor of 9.5 then CGPA of 7.5 will not result in 75% marks and hence such a candidate will not be eligible.

(A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.)
