LPU M.Ed. Course

LPU Master of Education course is a full-time, 2-year program consisting of 4 semesters. Each academic year contains an Autumn Term and a Spring Term. The Autumn Term is usually the first or the odd semester in an academic session while the Spring Term is the second or the even semester in a year. The electives offered can be taken up in Elementary education or Secondary and Higher Secondary education. Co-curricular Competitive events, Guest lectures, Incubation projects, Community projects, Workshops, projects with NGOs, Educational Trips, etc. form an important part of the curriculum. The medium of instruction is provided only in English.

LPU M.Ed. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria to apply for the Master of Education course at LPU are as follows

• The candidate should have attempted and cleared D.El.Ed./ E.T.T. with an undergraduate degree with an aggregate of 50% marks. OR
• Candidates should have attempted and cleared the B.Ed. or B.A.-B.Ed. or B.Sc.-B.Ed. or B.El.Ed. or equivalent degree course with an aggregate of 50% marks.
• These criteria are relaxable by 5% for candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC categories.
