LPU B.Des Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for applying to the Lovely Professional University B.Des course, students need to fulfill certain eligibility criteria laid down by the admission authority as given below:

Step 1: Signup

  • Register onto LPUADMIT with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password). Your email ID will act as your username for the portal and the password will be set by you while registering on the portal.
  • You will get an email on your registered email ID regarding this.
  • Login to the LPUADMIT with an already created username/ password.

Step 2: Apply for LPUNEST

  • LPUNEST is an online entrance test conducted to offer admission to programs you are interested in.
  • Deposit the test fee:
  • The application form and a soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit cost INR 1000 (for boys) and INR 500 (for girls).
  • The cost of the application form and the printed LPUNEST kit is INR 1500 (for boys) and INR 1000 (for girls).
  • Fill out the test application form.

Step 3: Book the exam slot

  • Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam.
  • Appear and qualify for the exam.

Step 4: Result and Seat Allotment (Online Counselling)

  • Get your scorecard/ rank.
  • Download the allotment letter and proceed for admission after the declaration of the result.

Step 5: Admission

  • Deposit initial payment of INR 10,000.
  • After the successful realization of the payment, a Provisional Registration Number will be produced and sent to the email address you provided.
  • Upload the required documents.
