The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Campus life in chandigarh university

Likes

If I talk about campus life here are the various opportunities you will difentely enjoy your campus life
If I talk about campus infrastructure so you don't need to worry about that Chandigarh University provides all necessary thing in a campus like Library, playground,gym,sports facilities and many more
In MCA chandigarh university provides you to campus placement from 2nd sem to 4th sem.also to many internship opportunities

Dislikes

First thing we don't have the lift access for students
2nd thing keep in your mind daily you need to walk atleast for 1 to 2km walk for attending class because they have very large area infrastructure
If we talk about curriculum don't worry about it all faculty members are very professional.

Placement Experience:

Chandigarh University provides good campus placement opportunities so don't worry about campus placement from 2nd sem you will be able to grab campus placement offers in many companies, no of campus visited here, Capgemini, cognizant,tcs,to the new digital,ediferse , Swiggy, meesho etc. and 40% students placed till 3rd semester.

Campus story of chandigarh university

I like the campus structure here.all things are available in one campus atm , food facilities, sports ground. I really liked my campus
If I talk about faculty members I really like behaviour of all faculty they are very professional and well educated you don't need to worry about your course they are are always available in campus as well as out of the campus also.
If I talk about sports.our college win to many medals currently win maca trophy here you can explore your sports talent in any game.sports experts are also very supportive they always encouraged you

Dislikes

Things I dislike here campus is too much big.so be ready to walk 1-2km every day

Placement Experience:

From 2nd sem you have a opportunity of campus placement .If I talk about number of companies visied here like tcs , cognizant, josh technology, Swiggy etc. 40% student placed till 3rd sem.my plans after degree I want join a mnc companies like tcs, Swiggy

All about a good college

freedom and independence you get to make your own schedule
personal growth you meet people from different backgrounds

Dislikes

i dislike this college is that the building is old
and their is not enough classmroom for students for teachings
and last one is about parking is not fully established

My experience at college was largely postive, providing a strong foundation in study with access to excellent professors and diverse learning opportunities.
The college fostered a lively community with diverse student organisations, cultural events,and a strong emphasis on students engagement, which helps me develop leadership skills and build meaningful connections.
A relevant and rigorous curriculum can help you develop critical thinking, problem -solving and other skill that are important personal and professional success.

Dislikes

Short period of time within which we are supposed to teach the course content.there is often not enough time to reflect upon the material.
My professor is unbelievable boring .the classes are to o big. I keep getting lousy grade
I can't get my course to transfer properly. I cannot afford a parking space within 5 miles of the place.

Chandigarh university is only the good option for laborious ones

Likes

The infrastructure of campus is good. Design of Chandigarh university is attractive
Sports facility is quite good and variety is on a different scale .
A lot of events and extra curriculum is available for the overall personality development.

Dislikes

Faculty is sometimes disappointing as they are not so good with students sometimes
The procedure for the leave is so exhausting and bad as it make you roam around so much .
Gender inequality is one of the major issue as girls are preferred more than boys

To be very honest, placement here are not that good because this college only know how to take fees on time but don't prepare th college students accordingly to the placement drives which takes place in campus

The university is big. So it gives time to explore things
There are alot of Activities and events involved
My campus in particular had AC rooms which makes studying better in summers.

Dislikes

The different departments have different facilities
There is alot of delay in medical approval
Refund is very complicated in initiating and received

Placement Experience:

There are placements offered. I have not opted cause I want to do MBA after this. But many of my friends are going to sit for the placements. There is a drive every year for the same where many companies come.

I like the college campus , course variety and exposure that the college provides
It has different clubs , for the overall development of students
College provides all the needed facilities, hostel safety is also commendable for girls specially.

Dislikes

Management is quite depressing sometimes, lots of drama .
Working hours of college is also tiring, it's like 9 to 5 job, self study time is adjusted
Gender inequality, hostel entry timing for girls is 8 pm while for boys there is no such timing, they can roam around campus late at night

Placement Experience:

College provides campus placement, many companies come in our college to provide us good offers , but ultimately it depends on student whether they are able to do it , pass the tests, or are capable to do the required work, has skills or not.

Chandigarh University - GOOD OR BAD

Likes

The main feature if CU is that all the classes are fully air conditioned. The campus of CU is neat and clean. The location is also good and the nearby tourist spots are best to go out with friends. These all things make CU a good option for students.
The cultural activities in CU is also commendable. One can achieve his/her personality development while studying in CU. CU also offers a good and vibrant infrastructure.
Hostel is good as compared to other private colleges in india. we get good amout of nutrious food in hostel mess, also the hostel is fully secured and ambulance facility is availabe all the time.

Dislikes

faculty: although some faculty are good but many of them lack experience, More than 80% of teachers are very young and they lack experience. there is no single domain of a particular teacher.
fee structure: the fee structure of CU is very bad and it is increasing day by day, it is ok if a person gets scholership but if someone is not able to get it then it becomes very hectic for the person.
over population: there are more than 15 thousand student in every year in only BE batch. this results in less opportunity for any student for there personal growth . also due to this large number of student the college do'nt pay attention on everyone

Placement Experience:

The placement of CU is good as compared to other universities. nearly 90% of students get placed in there end year of graduation. Many mass recruiters come to CU and take hundreds of student with them, this is the main reason of the good result of placement process. the location of college is near mohali which is also a good opportunity for students as many student get placed in the IT sector of mohali.

Likes

I like the faculty and campus they are vary helpful
The quality of infrastructure is also amazing including the amenities and learning facilities
The relevance and rigor of the course curriculum is very relevant to my personal and professional development

The specific aspect of curriculum that influence .me most is that they organise criket matches every year along with other game's like chess , I carrom, races , badminton, volleyball, football and many more

Campus is good and we can hangout with friends and can make memories
Some teachers are very sweet and supportive they behave very good like very sweet.

Dislikes

Guards are very rude . They behave very rudely
Some teachers are also very rude and they also don’t think about our future they are only selfish

Placement Experience:

If i talk about placements yes many companies visit to Chandigarh University and from ending pf third year i mean from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Microsoft , Amazon , IBM. If we talk about highest packages the highest package is of 1.7 crore which was international and then 54.75 lakhs it was national and many more . My plans after degree i am bit confused but yes i am also preparing for placement so my plans is to get job.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
