Scholarships were available to students who scored first few ranks in the entrance exams, which were a great deal of help to them also, there are internships available through our mentors which is of great help.
Faculty are very good they teach well and they are very experienced with experience of 20 years, and fests happens every month and facilities are very good here like gym gardens library etc and place is very good
There are so many clubs like dance club, science club, maths club, etc and main beauty of the campus are very green and freedom of entry and exit anytime.

Dislikes

Firstly conduction of the entrance was very poor by nta.
At last the canteens. the foods of the canteens are ok but sometimes it too worst
I had a plan to do phd too but due to the academic stress and low facilities that this university is providing, i started to lose my interest on the subject.

The faculties friendly mannerism while teaching
The laboratory activities that are held in the college
The marchpast event that are conducted during independence and republic days

Dislikes

There is no exposure in the college campus
Canteens are too shabby and the food are not of best quality
The disciplinary committee is too strict with the students

Likes

has good infrastructure and has good placement
Good bus facility and good accommodate for the student

The students selfish behaviour in the classroom

Its has 3 set of internal exams and a semester exam per sem which will 25 mark internal and 75 marks for the semester which include high compatibility with the students and has hibernation of the stafs

I like my college because in our college the students teachers relationships are too good.

I don't like the lab facilities. Becoz the systems are not working well.are not working well.

Campus life in pondicherry university

Likes

campus life and night life in the campus
freedom for every one whatever we can do
no cultural difference in the university

Dislikes

some faculties are not focussed the students well
infrastructure need to be improved well in campus
mess food is worst and need to improve well

Placement Experience:

mostly out of 200 students 80 will be get placed . they will bring 10 to 15 companies. if iam not placed in any company i will search for offcampus and also i will prepare for competetive exams in my own

Life in Pondicherry University

Likes

The university campus is very peaceful and fill with greens.
Lots co curriculum activities happens in the campus where you can participate like sports, literature etc.
Professors are overall fine but for my course they are not much qualified

Dislikes

I don't like the mess food here because I belong to different regions.
There is a transportation problem the distance between department and hostel.
The weather here is very hot and it doesn't change the whole year

I choose this course because it was domain to study these subjects. Here professors are not that qualified for this course which is why we are not prepared much. More qualified professors are required for some specific subjects like machine learning, design algorithm,.python etc.

My College Story

Likes

Sports will be allowed in our college but it must ve encouraged still more .
Staff are being friendly maximum so it makes the good bond.
Lower ground staff make the college clean every time and its good enough.

Dislikes

The canteen foods are not good enough but its ok
Bus fees are too high its ok when its become less
Some times staff will be cornering us for the simple reason

Placement Experience:

In this college the campus is available but all you need is the stuff though you got selected will be waited 1 yr to get call from the office . If all are going to 9-5 job then who will be the entrepreneur so become an entrepreneur

The college has good infrastructure facilities and clean environment
The classes in department has Air conditioners
Friendly facilities and good students are there

Dislikes

Road facilities is little poor and it's not maintained
Availability of shops are very low inside University
Distance between hostel and college gate is very far

Placement Experience:

The placement activities and drive will be starting from third semester period.Many companies especially banks will visit for the placement but percentage of placement for students is low compared to previous years.

Honest opinion about my college

Likes

Placement services are good they will maximum try to place every students
Infrastructure is good and they are improving their infrastructure
They also arrange for some alumni interactions which is also good for the career improvements

Dislikes

The canteen is not much good, it should be improved
Teaching is not upto the mark, needs to be improved because they dont focus much on the final year students and third year students
Some departments are very strict and they dont allow interaction of girls with boys

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements after 3rd year. There are many companies visiting the college like TCS, Cognizant, Zoho, Capegmini, Sopra Steria, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. Offerse made were more than 50. The percentage of students placed will be almost 98-100 percent.

About robotic and automation department in MVIT

Likes

The class was good you have a clean and high computer for operating
And your lab is your class because of insufficient rooms in college
You can learn many thing by yourself. Not by teachers

Dislikes

The teacher are not well good except 1 or 2
The teacher only focus on academic not in extracurricular
They will pressure you for doing Small small things... If are you doing start-up they won't help you...

The exam are some easy to write but you have to speak with your hod for help to pass in semester for getting good Mark or pass marks if the paper is difficult in the semester exams.. facilities will speak with university and bring marks

I Have complited my MBA from Distance in year 2021 but i received mu mark sheet and certificate with wrone name. Insted of my name they have put my father's name. So even after sending mails of like 26 times and sending DD of Rs 1100/- they have not done anything and there is no reply in mail and no one oiks up the call. I am so frustrated and loosing hope. I really dont know when this will be corrected..
