Life in Pondicherry University

I choose this course because it was domain to study these subjects. Here professors are not that qualified for this course which is why we are not prepared much. More qualified professors are required for some specific subjects like machine learning, design algorithm,.python etc.

Fees of all the caste are same i.e Rs 68000 for the first semester and Rs 8000 for 2nd semester. I also get scholarship from my state which I apply it on national scholarship portal. The amount I received from the scholarship is around Rs 60000.

There are many events that happens in the campus some names are synaptic, avesham and many events. There is a Library where you can find any book that you require. There also a reading room where you can use it to study. There are sports events for cricket and football where you can participate in teams.

There are 3 people staying in a room where they provide 3 bed, 2 table and chair. Meal quality is not so good I would rate it 4/10. The hostel fees is 2000 rs and mess fees is 24000rs per year. If you rent a room outside the campus it may cost around 5000 minimum and maximum upto rs 10000 and they will also charge security which would be around 20000rs

I applied in dibrugarh university, Hyderabad University, Himachal University for MBA general but I taught that MBA in data analytics will be better for my career so I chose this University. No, I didn't got rejected in any of them. You just have to score more than 150 in CUET to get selected here. There is no GD or PI. You will get direct admission.

Faculty to students relationship are fine depending on different teachers. Some are friendly and helpful and some are not. Dr Kevin is the best faculty in our department. She is very friendly in nature and understanding. There are some professor like our HOD who doesn't like to make his mistake being pointed. There are 4 semesters, each semesters consist of 8 to 9 subjects.

There is 2 gym one for men and other for women. There are around 8 cafeteria around the campus. There is no in timing in hostel and campus. Famous hangout places are SJ campus, UMISARC, Ponlait, University beach.
