The faculties friendly mannerism while teaching
The laboratory activities that are held in the college
The marchpast event that are conducted during independence and republic days

There is no exposure in the college campus
Canteens are too shabby and the food are not of best quality

The specific aspects of my curriculum is efficient that we can go both ways either engineering or business management This course prepares us for effective marketing management and enlighten the aspects of entrepreneurship

The intership opportunities available in college are companies like Integra, TCS, Zoho And the projects are based on the core basis of the course, the projects are worth adding in the resume for better outcomes

Fees and Financial Aid

Per Semester fee - 45000 management, 30000 centac Book fee for 4 years - 12500 Ethno lab fee - 7500 per semester Bus fee - 24000 per year Exam fee - 3550 per semester (no additional scholarship to support efficiently)

Campus Life

The overall experience with this campus life is not good, it was stressful There are only limited festive function There is a library for easy access to books There are few clubs like toastmasters, sports and google designers According to the students point of view this campus life is stressful and non- friendly

Admission

I chose this college due to the availability of the placements of this college I also applied to Puducherry University but didn't get in due to shortage of marks This college conducted a eligibility test before accepting the students

Faculty

Number of faculty per department is 5 and a head of department The faculties are partially friendly with the students and selectively has priority for some students and act on their favor There is no equal distribution of attention, respect and empathy towards the students

Night Life

The nightlife is not a good experience around the campus The hostel canteen provides snacks and dinner There is no hangout spot inside college but outside there's a hangout spot called 750 ml which is good

PTU in Detail

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college are good and in increasing phase. Placements training is also provided in college from 6th semester as per students wish. Combination of core and software companies will hire students in placement

Life in Pondicherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

7 th sem you are eligible if you don't have any backlogs. Like 15 companies came and made offers . The percentage of students getting into the placement by college is like 60% . My plan is to complete a master degree or to try to work in zoho company.

Information Technology this course play a major role in all MNC side and this field will never end because day by day technology is growing in our world , so that i choose this fiedl and also in this college this coures have good impact . while talking about faculty mamber and department , The department abmians was very good and cool this department have sepcific library, all faculty 's are very good in nature they can teach whenever we ask doubt , and the faculty's are well educated and have knowledge in all kind of domain every faculty's are completed PHD. totally 450 students are pursiving this coures in this college . the teaching mood in this college is completely problem solving mood and self learing method. time about sem exam is after 4 month of starting courese and in between you have internal test , ans assignment processes . difficulty of exam is medium .

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
