How many teaching weeks are there in the BPUT B.Tech course?

The number of teaching weeks in each semester of the B.Tech course offered at Biju Patnaik University shall be fifteen to eighteen with a minimum of 90 teaching days excluding the period of examination.

A student who is weak in studies can complete a 4-year UG program of BPUT in not more than 7 years, a 3 year UG program not exceeding 5 years, while the 5 year UG program, not more than 8 years.

The change in a branch will be done subject to the availability of seats in a program. The selection shall be based on merit through candidates combined results in the first two semesters.

Students are required to visit the official website at bput.ac.in. Then, they need to select the examination tab and click on the BPUT exam result. Students at BPUT are required to maintain the required credit points for each semester as per the rules formulated by AICTE. Each discipline at Biju Patnaik University consists of 4 things: Theory, Practical, Sessional, and Project work. A student is evaluated based on the above-mentioned 4 criteria.
