The placements have been improving every year for laterals and freshers both there has been a jump every year in the numbers, the placements for the batch of 2022 have been wonderful, soon the data would be out for everyone else to view progress.

Students become eligible for placements during their third semester. Usually, the process kicks in the later half of the semester. The students get placed with an average package of around 18 Lacs and the highest offer last year was around Rs 32 Lacs. All students got placed last year. Major companies like ITC, Flipkart, Wipro come for placements.

Students usually sit for the summer internship process in September (1st semester) and for final placements in October (third semester). 100% placements happen and many students receive PPOs from companies they interned at. Some students win PPOs from participating in various competitions as well.

THERE IS A 100 PERCENT PLACEMENTS FOR ALL THE ELIGIBLE STUDENTS. DIFFERENT COMPANIES COME TO THE CAMPUS FOR RECRUTING. THE MAJOR COMPANIES OFFERING PLACEMENTS ARE RELATED TO TECHNOLOGY. SAME IS FOR THE SUMMER PLACEMENTS AND LIVE PROJECTS. THE HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFERED IS 16 LAKHS AND THE AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 12 LAKHS. THERE ARE MANY COMAPNIES OFFERING SUMMER AND FINAL PLACEMENTS LIKE EY, SUBEX, CAPGEMINI, ACCENTURE ETC. THE SUMMER PLACEMENT PROCESS STARTS IN THE FIRST SEMESTER AND THE FINAL PLACEMENTS STARTS IN THE THIRD SEMESTER.

Students are eligible for placements during the beginning of the 2nd year although if during the 1st year internship process they recieve a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) from the company they interned with, they are eligbile for that too. The list of companies include: Accenture, Vodafone, Reliance Jio, A&T, MathWorks, EY, etc. The roles they offer are Consulting, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Data Analyst, IT, Sales,etc. SIDTM has a record of 100% placement with a highest package of 29 LPA and average package 15.7 LPA. The median is 13 LPA. Top 70 students recieved a package of 10 LPA.

The placement at SIDTM has taken a huge leap this year with the interim report being published for the year 2020-22. Students normally get placed by the end of their third semester. The highest package is 29LPA and the average of the top 50 is 15.7LPA. There are PPOs offered too to the students and all the eligible students get placed every year. The domains that SIDTM caters to are IT/ITES, Edtech, Marketing, Finance, Telecom, etc. Some of the job roles offered include pre-sales, digital marketing, consultants, business analyst, project manager, Risk managers, etc.

The summer internship program started many students are placed. Some of us are left. From 4 terms onwards students are eligible for final placement offers. For the highest average and median package, you can check our last year's report as well.

The placement record of students is close to 100%. We get really good firms for placement in our college. Since the college also helps the students get internships, quite a lot of students get PPO as well.

We are eligible for Summer Internships in the first semester itself. Quite a lot of companies visit our campus and almost everyone gets an offer. For the final placements, we are eligible to sit at the end of the third semester. About 90-100% of students get placements every year in my college. My plans after my MBA are to do a job.

Summer placements start in 2 months for all the specialisations whereas the placements are decent and in most cases better than new and baby iims.
