Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya (MGCGV) was established by the Government of MP on February 12, 1991. The University has been accredited Grade A by NAAC. The university offers 50 UG and PG courses under 16 departments. The admissions to the various courses offered by the university are expected to begin in June. Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya (MGCGV) conducts separate entrance test followed by counselling to offer admission. For B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering, students have to qualify in PAT conducted by University followed by counselling.

MGCGV PG Admission 2024

The University offers 24 PG courses for the duration of 2 years. In order to secure admission in the courses offered by MGCGVC, students have to qualify the entrance test conducted by the examination authority. Course wise eligibility along with the seats & specializations are given below:

Selection Procedure:

The admission to all PG courses is based up on the entrance test conducted by the university.
The admission to MBA is based on the entrance test and counseling conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of MP.

The applications have to be submitted online for all the courses.
The application fee has to be submitted to the University bank account.

The fee for the candidates is INR 600/- (INR 300/- for women and SC/ST candidates of MP).

Reservation Criteria

30% seats in all the courses are reserved for females.
80% seats are reserved for the candidates from MP and 20% for the other states candidates.
For SC/ ST candidates, the seats are reserved as per the rules of state government.

Life of an Engineering student in MGCU University Chitrakoot

Admission:

I have choosen MGCGVV University because its state govt. recognized University with good acceptance rate for almost all the programs specially for Engineering program such as (Civil Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering. Note: This University is very well known for Agricultural Engineeirng /Bsc.&Msc. Agriculture I have secured Full scholarship (Tuition fees wavier), University offered very low tuition fees also offer schoalrship its plus point for me not to break the bank for studies. Admission process: Online as well as offline counselling Examination required: No university entrance test For engineering: JEE Qualified only not specific mark cutoff but it depends on how many stduents are applying For other course: You can also participate CLC/offline counselling

This college is best for bsc agriculture Because they have accreditation by ICAR. And have A++ grade from NAAC Yes i applied for davv college in indore and i have selected but their fees structure is very high so i decided to take this college

I applied in Bundelkhand University and psit college in kanpur But I chose this college because it was in my hometown The admission process of my college is quite simple you just have to go to a janseva kendra and you can apply with your documents and then register by giving the documents in the college

The eligibilty of the course is 12 pass in any recognised board in India .I have fund application form in mp online and my university portal MGCGV online portal .their application fee is fully online and easy to filling .the exam timing is also very much convenience. no improvement suggest for admission process .

College is place there we learn many things

Admission:

Yes I took pre agriculture test entrance exam and my college cutoff is 118 out of 200 college counselling many documents are required and counselling in 5-10 days first we pass the pat test and after we part on counselling and the counselling date announced by the University and this date many students coming and take the part of counselling after we have a selection of college and give a receipt

Mgcgv chitrakoot honest review

Admission:

My college is an A-grade college. The infrastructure is good. I have done b.com from this university. The teachers are very nice and supportive but classes do not seem to be much. Placement s are not available in most the courses except engineering and agriculture. The placement salary is very low. The hostel is available for girls only. I would say that you should not taken admission in this university.

I got admission to B. Tech. Information Technology by PET (MP) ranking based counsilling procedure. for admission at my time minimum 55% in 12th with PCM in major along with PET or AIEEE qulified. After counsilling at GEC Rewa i have reported to college and there was very smooth procedure for admission reporting.

I take admission in this university because I have only last option. To get admit in this university. If don't take admission, I might wasted my one year. After admission when i join this university it's like " ok" type University and I completed my graduation from this university
