The college experiences challenges with its placement cell, especially as a rural government institution. While placement opportunities for B.Tech students are favorable, with some students securing packages between Rs 9,000 and Rs 45,000, B.Sc students have fewer direct placement opportunities but can pursue further education or government jobs. The overall college placement rate is reportedly 90%.
Notable companies like Tata, Infosys, Reliance, and others visit the campus, offering industrial training and internships, sometimes with stipends, but official internships and job opportunities are limited. In 2008, 80% of a batch received placements with an average package of Rs 2.4 lakhs. Last year, 65 students were selected in various drives.
The college also provides scholarships for underprivileged students and receives high ratings, such as an A grade from NAAC.
