IIT Indore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Last year highest placement offered was around 52 LPA. The average package was 12 LPA. This year according to my information many students get a package of more than 40 LPA. Placement % increasing year after year.

Students are eligible for Placements from the 3rd sem of M.Sc. Placement coordinators invite the companies and then interviews are held. Placement for M.Sc. courses is very less as most students opt for a Ph.D.

Placements are really good at IIT Indore Companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Razorpay, Deshaw, Arcesium, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Rakuten and more top MNCs visit the IIT Indore campus for both internship and Placement drives in the Software field In Electrical core, though the placements are less compared to Software field companies like Nvidia, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, and Silicon labs visit for campus placements

In the 7th sem companies start visiting campus. Most of the software companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman, Flipkart, Amazon, Zomato, Razor pay,ICICI Bank, oracl,etc and for core companies there are John Deere, Maruti, Suzuki, L&T, Bosch etc. Avarage package every company give is around 20 lakh. Max is about 50-70. Lakh and min 12-18 lakh. I don't know the exact ratio but maybe more than 70-75 % of students get placed.

IIT INDORE placements is very good and avrg package is 23.5 LPA which is great as compared to Other colleges. students are eligible for internship from 6 semester , the companies visited in campus is Morgan stanley, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, wipro, infosys, hcl, IBM, Relianceoracle, codenation. isro, cisco, Samsung, and many more. Placement statistics of 2021-2022 batch 94.5%. The highest package is 56 LPA and average 23.5 LPA profiles are offered for SDE, analyst, etc. my plan after getting a degree is JOB in tech company.

From the 5th semester students are eligible for internships. Some of the top recruiters including Goldman Sachs, Razor Pay, and Oracle participated in the placement drive of 2022. As per the media reports, the highest package (domestic and international) offered was INR 56 LPA and INR 73.90 LPA, respectively during the IIT Indore placement in 2022. 100 percent placement for CSE students. 95 percent for electrical. Placement is very bad for civil, mems, and mechanical branches. I have to do a job in an IT company.

The students become eligible for placements in their 7th semester. The companies visited include Google, Amazon, Codenations, Arcesium, DE Shaw, Rippling, and many more. Enough companies visit that provides SDE role. Apart from this, core companies like TI also came to our campus. The average package is 15-20 lacs. Almost all the students who try for placements get placed.

Our placement stats are quite good compared to other second-generation IITs. Companies visit the campus twice - once in the 5th sem for internships and in the 7th sem for job placements.

Placement situations are also very good but many of the people choice for very diversified fields such as the union public service commission, the common aptitude test, and various other fields, which helps a lot in their interviews as well.

The placements have been average in this branch. Talking about non-core placements, the placement percentages are ever-increasing. The highest percentage of placements occur in the CSE branch. The college is very supportive.
