Graduation in Dairy Science /Food Technology /Food Science /Biotechnology/Chemistry/ Food Microbiology /Nutrition and Dietetics/Microbiology is required for this course. The application form available on the website is filled and submitted. Later on an entrance test decides the enrollment to the course.

This college is well advanced and can reach the skies. It has many collaborations with international universities such as University of Edinburgh, University of Western Australia ,University of Bristol and University of Calgary has already been utilized for academic research and extension programmes of KVASU.

The college is surrounded by beautiful scenery and has the purest air in the campus. With the increasing demand of experts in the food industry, this college shapes the life of a student by providing maximum expertise required to address the problems of the industry. It is a growing college in terms of animal husbandry and food sciences. One must consider it if he/she wants to gain extensive knowledge about the food industry.

This is the best place to study, I enjoyed learning here. Teacher are very friendly and supportive. Regarding infrastructure I like very much I can say this is one of the best institution in India to study.

To get admission in KVASU for B.Tech in Dairy Technology and Food Technology, the candidates has to either give Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical (KEAM) exam, which is conducted by the office of the commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE) run by the government of kerala, or they have to give AIEEA - UG exam.

After completing my 12th boards with good marks that is 50% on an aggregate I applied for admission in this college and my application got selected for admission as well as I also fulfilled the eligibility criteria.

The admission in the university is based on the marks obtained in higher secondary or vocational higher secondary education of any stream with 50% marks. Students have to appear in the entrance examination which is conducted by the University. Selection will be dependent on the marks obtained in the Entrance exam, Interview and counselling.

After completing my higher secondary examination, i took admission in the diploma course. Students should pass their 10+2 examination or vocational higher secondary examination with biology as one subject.

I applied for admission to the University by making an application for the entrance examination conducted by University. However nowadays the university considers NEET UG score for admissions. After clearing the entrance exam I was granted admission in the program and was called for completion of the procedural formalities. I opted for the university because it is a popular University and was in the city of my residence.

Need to improve the students teacher ratio. We have good management system. Need more stipend based courses. A best college surrounding is a good remarks for students to enjoy the college life.
