The college offers a physiotherapy program as part of KUHS, which includes 14 affiliated colleges. Each class admits 50 students, facilitating effective teaching and interaction with qualified faculty, although teacher quality can vary. The program features a six-month mandatory internship split between KMCT and external institutions, requiring students to pay fees but providing valuable clinical experience. No stipend is offered during internships, but students gain exposure in areas like pain, palliative care, and neuro rehabilitation.

Tuition fees range from INR 75,750 to INR 1,03,000 annually, depending on the student's category and year, with the entire course estimated to cost INR 3-4.5 lakhs. Additional expenses include hostel fees of INR 22,000 and exam fees.
