Library: The central library has a stock of 5842 books. In addition to this, there are department libraries in each department. The reading rooms can accommodate 70 students at a time.
Audio Vision aids: Audio vision aids such as LCD projectors and overhead projectors are available in the classrooms. Sound amplification facilities are arranged in classes with 60 students. A sufficient number of charts and models are also available in the college.

The fee per year for the BAMS is INR 75,000 at the Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, Ernakulam. A candidate for admission should have passed plus two or equivalent with a minimum of aggregate 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology. Biology should have a separate minimum of 50% marks.
