Ques. Is BA Sociology offered at the main Kariavattom campus of Kerala University or only in affiliated colleges?

Ans. BA Sociology is primarily offered in affiliated colleges of Kerala University across the districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, and Alappuzha. The university's own teaching departments at Kariavattom Campus offer MA and PhD in Sociology, but the undergraduate BA Sociology programme is conducted through the affiliated college network. Students seeking admission to BA Sociology should apply through the Kerala University FYUGP admission portal and will be allotted to one of the affiliated colleges through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP).
