- The nature of professors I have got in my department. They are so reputed and supportive in every problem I face.
- The events being held here in college are very good.
- Library is very good with a large no of books.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities can be improved and more participation is needed.

Placement Experience:
Placements are average here. A good amount of companies visit here and good offers are made. Highest package this year was 80lpa and lowest was 7 lpa. Students in 7 semester are eligible for campus placements. 80 percent students get placement in campus. I haven't yet made any plans after getting the degree.

- Our campus is full of trees and greenery.also all the proff and TA are good nature
- Also infrastructure is good just a little old.
- Our department professor are so helpful in nature.
Dislikes
- Many restrictions on in time of hostel and also not enough snacks shop for late night.
- Thier food system is bad.they don't provide good quality of food
- Also their canteen and snacks shop are not so good.
Placement Experience:
Student become eligible for placement from 3rd year 1st semester.
Recently Faang companies and other big companies like zepto zomato bny mellon also came to our college.around 600 people got intership and placed.

- Gender ratio imbalance (approx 5 boys to 1 girl)
- Mess food quality is a concern for all the students
- While Dhanbad has its charm it is not well connected geographically
Placement Experience:
Placements at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad are strong, with students becoming eligible in their 7th semester. Top companies like Flipkart, Amazon, SLB, Square Point, Phonepe etc. visits the campus, offering roles in core, emgineering, analytics, software and consulting. The highest package exceed 60 LPA with an average of 16-18 LPA of top branches. Over 85% students secure placements annually. After completing my degree I plan to pursue a role in Sustainability and Energy sector combining my skills in consulting, analytics and strategy development.

- Whole infrastructure of college is nice. Lust green campus with well developed facility is there. I need improvement in mess facility.
- Faculties are well experienced and interactive in class. Whole environment of class is nice. Some teachers have to change their teaching style.
- Course curriculum is relevant to current demand. Placements is overall good. But due to connectivity problem some deviation has seen like lack of airport in dhanbad the coal capital of india
Dislikes
- Connectivity problems in dhanbad. Lack of airport and railway station is oldish type. This affects attraction of foreign companies.
- Mess food is not so good. Even in snack timing they provide tea with a biscuit. Overall mess facility need too much improvements.
Placement Experience:
In my college overall placement is quite good but is vary as per branch. Last year overall average was 16.78 lpa and of cse was about 27 lpa.
From 3rd year we are eligible for internship and preplacement offers. But majorly in fourth year people got placed. Last year highest package was 56 lpa on campus. Companies like google microsoft tata reliance and nearly all known well companies come to my campus. This year on first day highest package placement offered was of 66lpa and 164 students got offers. My plan is to just explore different things in first year and work on specific interesting field in second year and secure my interest .

- The senior junior bonding is really good. Seniors help their juniors a lot.
- The hostels for 2nd and 3rd year is of really good quality.
- There are ample opportunities to prove yourself
Dislikes
- Sometimes the professors are rude and misbehaving.
- The ISM culture of calling senior Sir/Ma'am
- The ease with which animals are allowed anywhere
Placement Experience:
Placements are okay, we have nearly 50-70% placements this year. Students are eligible for placements from 4 th Year. Average placement package in my branch is around 10 lakh PA, highest being around 20 LPA. I plan to do masters after my bachlor's degree.

The placements of our college is very very good good excellent and fabulous. the internships and preplacement offers are also really good.every branch student is placed well irrespective of their branches.

Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements and from the 3rd semester, students become eligible for interns. Companies like JSW, TATA, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, ONGC, Samsung, Cairn, American Express and so on visit the campus and almost every company offers jobs to the students. The highest packages go up to 62Lpa and average packages of 17-28 lpa. 85-90 per cent is the placement rate of the college. Taking up the placement offer and doing the job is my plan after getting my degree.

The placements are good. Most of the students get placed at prestigious companies. The percentage is very high for placement. Companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft visit the campus for placement. The average package is 20LPA.

At the beginning of 3rd year, we get a chance for internships where around 50% get an internship. And at the beginning of last year, we have many companies to apply for placement and around 100% of students get placed each year.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I had a low rank so I only get this branch in college.
It's a decent branch with good core opportunities.
Faculty to student ratio is very good, each semester we have different subjects and different faculties.
Faculties are highly qualified professionals done Ph.D. and master's, and published lots of research papers.
Term exams are quite frequent, first quizzes then mid sem & again quizzes & endsem.
25 days gap is between them.

IIT Dhanbad ranks 15th among the Engineering category by NIRF 2019. It is a much older establishment than IIT Bhubaneswar. The fee structure for BTech in ECE at IIT Dhanbad is 2,30,120 for one year. It Requires a JEE ranking of 3000-10000 for ECE. The ECE department of IIT Dhanbad has seen 60% placement of students with an average annual salary package of 15 lakhs per annum and highest being 39 lakhs per annum. IIT Dhanbad has a total of 332 faculty members who are highly qualified and experienced members. Out of total, 315 members are Ph.D. holders.

Thus, IIT Dhanbad will be a better option to study ECE than Electrical Engineering from IIT Bhubaneswar because, Being one of the oldest established IITs, IIT Dhanbad is known for its quality of education and their campus life. It also has better and more experienced faculty members.
