- Facilities: the facilities like security, hostel,mess are quite nice.they have LAN facility for students.
- Feedback system - they take feedback for all the courses including modular
- Lan facility - students are provided with lan facility
Dislikes
- Unsystematic and unorganised schedule especially during exam time
- Excessive pressure on academic, especially for first year
- Huge syllabus it's curriculum is too as compared to other iits also
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is very organised. Keeping in mind that it is a IIT ,it has quite tough curriculum..but regular study can fetch good marks.teachers put their efforts.but one the biggest blunder it the unorganised schedule at the time of exam

- I liked the fests here.There are crazy events in fest.
- Library is one of the most like places here.
- Aquamarine hostel is like five star hotel.
Dislikes
- Classrooms are good with well equipped facilities.
- Gaala dinner is one of mind blowing dinner parties.
- Grounds are very spacious so that everyone can enjoy campus life.
Placement Experience:
From third year students are eligible for placements.They get internships in third year and get placement offer in final year.Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe and so many companies visit IIT ISM.Placement percentage is 75%.

- I don't like my seniors they going to rag sometimes

Placement Experience:
Yeah alot of placement are occuring now. Our seniors got placement in Goldman Sachs and google and flipkart and Amazon what not neary three hundred companies are offering jobs here. After my gradation I will be doing as a software engineer I hope I will get atleat 20 lakhs of package

- I mostly like the nature of the college which was very good
- And the atmosphere at the cantin it was filled with all the students every time
- I like the labs they were neat and clean
Dislikes
- I dislike the hostel they were not upto my expectations. To be clear they were dirty
- I didn't like the faculty as they were mostly speaking in Hindi which was not my native language
- I don't like the auditorium because it was a small hall
Placement Experience:
I don't know much about the placements as I am a 1st year student,but I heard about the placements of my 4th year seniors which were placed in Google , Flipkart, Amazon ,tatasteel. The avg package of my college IIT dhanbad 20 LPA

- About the Hostel timings to go out and inside .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Based on the placements we can choose.
It will prepares us very well for practical world.
Like in the reading materials.
Based on the number of students the exam timings will be different and it would be mainly from 8am to 11 am.

- The campus is larger compared other private engineering colleges.
- The climatic condition in our surrounding.
- The immediate response from the higher authority.
Dislikes
- There is some ragging within the campus from seniors.
- The clubs we join we have to have some experience in that club.
- The hostels rooms are similarly small than other IIT.

Course Curriculum Overview:
As the campus is famous for the mining engineering the placement offers are relatively higher for this course than remaining.
The professor and the seniors are readly helpful for our carrier guidance and the academic wise also.
The course would improve by developing the field knowledge and the teachers would use digital boards for easy understanding to the students.
The frequency and timings of the exams are sufficient to improve the knowledge. And it is difficult for an ordinary student to cope up.

- This college is ragging free and antiragging committee monitors every where
- great library facility.It can sustain over 3000 students in ane building
- It is inside the city which help us easily accessible to outside
Dislikes
- The hostel food and facilities are a bit poor
- No ac anywhere other than library and nvcti
- the culture here is that we must call our seniors sir/madam and wish them wherever we see which is a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but as you grow close to your seniors,it is very cool.
Placement Experience:
Most of the students graduating from here go with a satisfactory ctc.But I think core branches have more opportunities in placement compare to other colleges.students will be eligible for placements from 6th semester.More than 80% of the students are annually placed.As of the 2024 placement session,the highest package is 56 lpa and the average package is 16.8 lpa.

- the campus contains good faculty and wide range of books availability.
- the campus placements are very good and this thing makes me happy
- the infrastructure is very good and well equipped and i loved the campus full of greenary
Dislikes
- there are not much many but the campus food is not much tasty
- there are many dogs roaming this makes me feel bad
- hostels are very far from the lecture campus
Placement Experience:
from 6 semister the people are eligible for jobs placements no of companies visited are approx 150 and around 600 offers wre made .the highest package is 51lakhs and average package was 17lakhs .the percentage of students placed was 75% .my plans was to get a good company

- I like how spacious my collage is and how cleaning this collage is maintained
- I like my hostel food and hostel entirely the accomodation that they provided
- I like how labs are designed and we can learn so many things .
Dislikes
- The weather it is very sunny and humid or very rainy .
- I don't like how the pets like dogs come into the hostels
- I don't like the grading system that is present in this collage
Placement Experience:
The placements of our collage are very good,but when compared to other iits it is less.the highest package offered for civil engineering in this institute is 52 lakhs in a japanese company.the percentage is 75percent.number of companies visited are around 300-400.for 7th sem the students will be eligible for placements.

- The most exciting spot is oval garden which is spotted near the heritage building.
- Heritage building it is the unique place in our campus.
- I2h it is the place innovative ideas takes life.
Dislikes
- Lover spots is the main offence in our campus.
- Mess food is a disaster here as we cannot eat them.
- Canteen food items are so costly and we cannot afford everyday.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am quite interested in the field of electricals and as my desire I got the seat in my dream course but I felt sad that I didn't get seat in top college than this.our course professor are well trained their way of teaching is marvelous.
