The faculty creates a supportive learning environment, readily assisting students and providing a week dedicated to clearing doubts before exams. Course examinations are of moderate difficulty, emphasizing a solid understanding of concepts over rote memorization, and span 15-20 days.
PhD students enrolled in the College of Basic Science and Humanities and the College of Biotechnology pay an annual fee of Rs. 35,000, which covers all related costs. Scholarships are available for students based on their post-graduation marks: those scoring over 75% receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000, while those scoring below 75% receive Rs. 5,000 per month. Unfortunately, there are no fee waivers for SC/ST students.
