Ques: Does CCSHAU provide any financial assistance to its students?

Ans: Yes, the university provides various scholarships to its students enrolling to UG, PG, & Research courses. The fee structure at CCSHAU is affordable. The university provides scholarships to the deserving candidates on the basis of merit, financially needy students. The university also provides scholarships to the reserved category students of their institute.

Ques: Does CCSHAU provide hostel accommodation to students?

Ans: Yes, the university provides hostel accommodation depending upon the availability to its students except the students of Diploma. The university provides 18 hostels amongst which 13 hostels, 5 for Boys, 7 for Girls and 1 for PG married students which are situated at the main campus Hisar, 2 hostels; one each for Boys/Girls at Kaul and 3 hostels; 2 for boys and 1 for girls at Bawal. UG girls students will be given preference.

Ques: What are the courses CCSHAU provides?

Ans: The university offers various UG, PG, and Research courses with various disciplines such as B.Tech, B.Sc, B.F.Sc, M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA, M.F.Sc, Ph.D., Diploma, Certification under its curriculum.

Ques: Are there any entrance exams for taking admission into CCSHAU?

Ans: Yes, the university allows admission on the basis of entrance examinations. Admission to UG courses is done through JEE Main, LEET, ET or AAT. Admission to all PG & Ph.D. courses except MBA is done through merit in CET conducted by the university. Admission to M.Tech is done either through merit in GATE or CET by the university. The university is granted admission to MBA courses on the basis of CAT or CMAT.

Ques: What is the minimum age criteria to apply for the UG courses at CCSHAU?

The minimum age of a candidate should be at least 16 years for all the 4-years UG courses, in order to apply for the programme. For the 6-year duration of B.Sc (H) Agriculture, the minimum age of a candidate should be 14.

Campus Life:

The infrastructure of college is good having auditorium, different labs for each course, canteen, Smart classes, Also have different clubs which will arrange different cultural activities and programs Classroom are best having each and every facility rather than heaters . Because hearers are not present in some classroom but the library is big and contains all books about our courses for free and there is peaceful environment there which is best to study hard for my future.

College of dreams and Nightmares

Campus Life:

I personally think HAU is the only university which gives you so much exposure both in social and academics life. Social life of University is very grateful there are a number of clubs in university, out of which Mountaineering club is most active and do at least 2 activities in a year. Students can play any sports they want. Tracks and ground are provided for every sports. Sometimes Degree politics occurs while selecting the students for inter University games.

CCSHAU HISAR - A MUST COME

Campus Life:

Sports meet and krishi mela will held annually in march and February respectively. Library is well equipped with huge range of books, jounals and thesis. Also, Library access is online with OPSTAT. Talent hunt will also be held in colleges.
