Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] + Master of Science [M.Sc] should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate must have passed in 10+2 in Science Stream or equivalent of any recognized board in India with Biology as one of the optional subjects having 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for general category and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

- Faculties are too good if you have any doubt like career related they always going to help you.
- I just want to increase my communication skills that's why I am joining the various clubs like Hindi cell, cac and ncc

- Placement for MSC students are not good.Companies are coming but for core it's package is very low
- They don't give fee remission for MSC students

72500 per year fees. I didn't get any scholarship but in first year students I got that is post matric scholarship bihar. There is no fee remission on the basis of catagory like sc and st . They also pay same fees for this course

- A big ground for the students to play games like cricket and indoor games also provided in the campus

Tuition fee is about 72500 per year including both the semester and the hostel fee is different but depending on the financial situation fee waivers can be applied.hostel fee is also charges twice a year and totally around 52000 per year

In Sc And St Students has no tution fee those students was pay only an Hostel fee .and It has contains scholarships based on our Merit. Campus Placement is Compulsary for all students who are good in their academics

- The students are well motivated and they have a hunger to do well in the future life. So the overall atmosphere feels good
- All the club facilities are good where people showcasing their talents

- The infrastructure of msc departments are quite poor
- The management system of all hostel and College are very disappointing

Fees and Financial Aid:
Initially, the fees for M.Sc. students were around 10000 per semester, but over the past 4,5 years, the fees increased to 34750 per semester. And most importantly we MSc students are not given fee remission which is quite discrimination. Still, Students whose family income is less than 5 lakh or 2.5 lakh, are eligible for many scholarships.

- Library is the best part of SVNIT Surat .
- Second best is there new hostels and the SAC ground
Dislikes
- New CRC building as it got closed down due to bad structure
- Small campus because they would have easily enough many to survive
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees is low for Msc student as compared to Btech student but every year there is some amount of hike in fees therefore cost of study in SVNIT has been also increased. I have not taken any scholarship or financial assistance and as i am in 2nd year only i am not doing any jobs.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is now changed for new students but was different for our batch with very minimum no. of students. Though this time the new batch has no meaning for the new curriculum just for 1st year but still some changes are nice. and this curriculum would help them to gain knowledge in the field they want to learn.
