Likes
- The best thing about Nirma University is it's huge and lush green Campus. The campus is very beautiful and not less than any top colleges like IITs and NITs. And the infrastructure is also very modern and new.
- The placements here are also very good with the highest placement of CSE department being above 50LPA and the average placement being 14LPA is very impressive.
- The courses and curriculum taught here are also up to date and well planned. All the current trends and important courses are being offered and taught in the college.
Dislikes
- One thing that is of huge concern is the attendance policy here. 85% of strict attendance is required to be followed here or else you will get suspended.
- Here the girls to boys ratio is very concerning as it is 1:8. But mostly in all engineering colleges it will be this only.

Admission:
The eligibility of admission in the college, there are two ways through merits one is through ACPC and the other is through JEE. Through ACPC rank that is the rank generated by the combination of boards percentile and the gujcet score,for CSE department in general category the cutoff is around 400 rank. And through JEE the cut off percentile is 97. Other admission processes are the management and the gulf quota.
I applied to other colleges but couldn't make it was due to the cutoff of that particular college.

- Sometimes the workload can be a little too much.

I did not apply to too many colleges. my scores were good and i was confident about geeting admission here. To get admission in Nirma University for MCA is you must give an exam called CAMT. I scored 94.8 percentile so i easily got admission

- Learning sense will become so strong as academics here are tougher than any NLUs.
- Our campus has almost 10-12 departments so staying with such a wide variety of people makes campus life quite interesting.
- Last but not the least if one is looking for a best value for money than INLU is definitely one of those.
Dislikes
- Internships cell isn't that great as we have to search for internships on our own.

CLAT colleges is all I wanted and ILNU accepts rankers between 5k to 10k. Top 5 NLUs on the other hand which were a dream will remain a dream. However, ILNU has made ammends for us and I am grateful for such a smooth admission and a strict policy on intake.

- Campus life is so good because of infrastructure and new buildings.
- Campus is full with different types of plants and tress and all. Theri is biodiversity garden also in campus.
- Teaching methods and practicals according to the thery which assigned us is so good and valueable for future jobs
Dislikes
- Their no hostel accomedation in to campus for boys. Their is facility for girls from all the departments or institute but their is boys hostel only for MBA students only.
- Their is low ration of boys vs girls in different departmwnts like their is high ration in CSE but low in Mechanical and Electrical.
Admission:
I jave applied in many gujarat colleges including government and I also get admission in that government colleges in this courses like mechanical, electrical etc but I choose this over other because of the circulum of the college and alumni network

- College also provide scholarship for those who are fulfilled their terms and conditions.
- College have very well known faculty who graduated from India's well known institute.
Dislikes
- College must keep their fees low for middle class family.
- Due to higher fees some students don't get admission in it.
- No Hostel facility for undergraduate inside the college.
Admission:
I choose this college because of it's well knowness.They are known for them's internships and placement. They also known in gujrat from last 20 year.Also Those students who have achieved best mean top 5000 students get admission in this institute.

- The college campus is very beautiful. Also, it has less green lawns and huge buildings which makes it easier for students to study as well as enjoy college life. Equip classrooms and laboratories are also very great and useful for future studies.
Dislikes
- The attendance is very strict. Also, the college doesn’t offer AC classrooms which makes it difficult for students during summers. The college campus is open for all, regardless you are a student or not which questions college security. Overall colle

The college is a well reputed one, and being a Gujarat state student has a benefit of getting preference through state board examinations.
Also the cut-off for state Kota students are different than students admitted through JEE or NRI quota.

- The attendance is very strict also the college doesn't offer ac classrooms which makes it difficult for students during Summers. The college campus is open for all regardless you are a student or not. Overall college is very good but less enjoymentii

Also the cutoffs for state quota students are different then students admitted through jee or NRI quota. Seats are bifurcated on the basis of 3 quotas

- There is a 5 min break after every lecture.
- There is strict rules against ragging in the institute.
- The campus is the best part of college. So much of greenery and very large size.
Dislikes
- We have to sit as per our roll numbers in the college
- The minimum percentage of Compulsory Attendance required 85%. This percentage is very hard to maintain.
- there is nothing like “ College life” That you get to experience in Nirma University because every Institute of this university, has tough rules and regulations that are required to be followed.

I applied for various universities providing BBA or BCom degree like NMIMS, IIM ROHTAK, II M, Jammu, et cetera, but unfortunately, I could not make up to them.
the reason why I chose Nirma University is because I wanted a college in Ahmedabad city itself, as this city is pretty safe. the reason why I chose Nirma University over other colleges in Ahmedabad is because of its reputation.
as I told earlier the admission criteria at Institute of commerce, Nirma University is a minimum of 81% in 12th board.

Rather than other college my first preference is Nirma cause It provide highly qualified faculty for the course with well organised structure and almost all equipment which are necessary for practical work.

- The girls to boys ratio might be aprrox. 1:8
- All the faculties are well qualified from iit's ,nit's and most of them have a doctorate degree.
Dislikes
- The management is quite weak and some basic problems like water availability is not fulfilled sometimes.
- Placements are good but a little more effort can be given in that side also.
- The college ciriculum is quite old and subjects in first sem are quite irrelevant to the branch.

Nirma University B.Tech Merit List:

Institute of Law, Nirma University (ILNU) is a well-established private institute for legal studies and training, situated in Ahmedabad. It was established in 2007 as part of Nirma University and offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in legal education.
ILNU provides two integrated 5-year undergraduate courses, BA-LLB (Hons.) and B.Com-LL.B (Hons.), and various specializations in the LL.M. course. The institute also offers a Ph.D. program.
Candidates applying to the undergraduate courses must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Admission to both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs is based on merit in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) examination. The CLAT exam is conducted annually in May.
