The course aligns very well with the essence of real world needs subjects like environmental sciene and general english offer real world skill building like communication skills , climate change , green engineering , language learing and soft skills , considarate economy and development deeds . curriculum includes every aspect of engineering with basics and makes the student acknowledgeable of basic engineering . though my course is based on technological aspects but there are subjects which are out of my experties still have them as course curriculum .

I didnot get any intership as i am only in the first year of my course but the reviews from my seniours is very much same that university provides a NGO internship for the time between 1st and 2nd year in summer which gets the students the certificate for social helping and creditation for college . in the time after finishing the 2nd year of the course universiy proviedes opportunities for internships engaging with outer compnies visiting college . year 2025 had very high stipend internship starting from 25k/month to 110k/month .

The college has very good placements . one of the main reasons behind this college being popular and has high demand and dream college of many is due to its good place ments .There are more than 75 compnies who have visited and visit nirma university like Nvidia , google , microsoft , Meta , tcs , tata , adani , tcs , ardino . also has very aluminies . in 2024 placemnets the highest package was 52 LPA , 2025 highest package was 95 LPA . NIrma has 80-87 % placement ratio. And provides very good situation to grow.

Nirma University Fees as per Teachnology related braches are same and it is 272000 for the first year of the course and for the rest of the 3 years it is 262000 per annum . it is total fees including everything . the tution fees for a semester is 127000 . And the rest is total of exam fees lab fees and foundation & welcome fees . The Institute offers Tution fee waiver for specific rank holders and they only need to pay 3500 per semester as examination fees and once 20000 for admission confirmation fees . For those Who have 00-75 rank in ACPC they can get TFWS in CSe likewise for other branches with different cutoffs . Nirma also offers Merit Cum Need Scholarship amount of 100000 for the families below 4 Lac income per annum and scholarship amount of 50000 for families with less income than 8 Lac per annum . there is also a scholarship scheme of goverment called MYSY in short from of Mukhymantri seva svavlamban yojna which offers 50% tution fees or 50000 whichever is less for those who got more than 80 percentile in their 12th std (HSC).Except TFWS every other category has same tution fees .

The overoll experience is very great the people are social and kind . helpful towards each other the infrastruture and vast and clean . the clubs are very innovetive and improvable for students . sports grounds and clubs are also there they participate in various competitons and win yearly awards and ranks . There are also NGOs placement cells and internships for NGO certificates . Seminars , Webinars and activites full of tech and non tech events which makes this college very much better than others . campus has huge library of 9 floors containg more than 1,40,000 books and articles , magazines , novels , studies etc . 80000 E books , 22 online data bases , 2000 indian standards , 12 offline data bases , 300 news papers magazines . 7500 electrical medias .

I live in sardardham which is located near Nirma university it is a part of patidar community trust with multiple hostel/ boarding projects . the hostel admissions page shoes an online form where you fill in personal details previous education income etc. the student who pass 12th standard non resident of ahmedabad who have taken admission at the colleges at ahmedabad / gandhinagar can apply for admissions .the fees for boys is 61000 INR including 10000 security deposit . fees for girls is 51000 inr including 10000 security deposit . the hostel is affordable and well equipped .The Rooms are nice and have clean facilites and good living . the food here is decent and clam atmoshphere . the hostel doesnot allow students to go out after 7 pm that is a very strcit regulation .

The college has very nice reviews on the internet and the people i am close to also said it is a nice college . The placements of this college is very high it its top tier college in statewise compitions . there are better colleges with high cutoff ratios but this college is also one of the gratest collge in my state and it has better infrastructure better education and better placement and improvement , intersnship apportunities than most of the colleges . the only thing that makes this college a little less favourable than other collges is that it has very high tution fees compared to the rest . which is not ideal for every student to afford.

As i am only in my firstyear of the course i dont know many faculties but those who i know are most very nice and good at teaching . in the first semester i have total 6 subjects which are Computer Progamming , environmetal science , electrical sciene , physics , maths 1 and general english . all of them also have lab/tutorials too. one extra subject yoga is also there. The exam systems are very complicated they include tree parts A, B and C . in A part sessional examination and class test scores. In B part includes Lab exams , assignments and vivas . in part C it includes Semester End Examinations. by reviewing all of them the final result is calculated .The college has very high cutoff for admission so it is very less likely that students perform poor in exams most of the students pass with more than average scores and very rarely there would be a student who fails . the exam difficulty is moderate considering scholars and high rankers attend the institute . I like my physics faculty whose name is Dr. Ankur Pandya . Dr. ankur sir very good at teaching . have nice teaching techniques and very friendly and approcahble to students .

The campus infrastructure is quite good Nirma lists canteens , students stores , banks / atms , auditoriums and so on. Nirma also has 2 gyms for clubs and also hostel facility for girls and nri or sponsored students . there is a dedicated bock the time limit for hostel is 11:30 pm giving you enough time to explorethe city and campus easily. the campus has lot of gardens and sitting locations for relcxing and playing .. in short nirma university the nigh life is moderate not extremely vibrant like big metros but there are good options for hanging out chatting with friends explroing cafes and foold stalls . campus offers good facilities and the hostel/pglife adds the social layer. the surrounding locality is reasonably safe but yoll still need to be cautious especially later at night given traffic and distnce from main city.
