ILNU is best law school!

Law was my course as coming from a law mother i guess it was in my blood. So, my pushed me and though wanted GNLU but missed it by some margin and then checked the syllabus and course compatibility. ILNU is far better as apart from corporate and criminal law among other, sports law and regulations are also taught here. Also, content creating opportunities are also there in our course and so it has more than a LAW school has to offer.

At ILNU corporate placements are high rather than LAW firms as the college has a management college as well. So, placements are in large corporations like the Adani Enterprises, Reliance Industries, GSFC and others. At ILNU students getting 10-12 LPA is common but everyone doesn't have placements and therefore the averages drops to 7-8 LPA.

ILNU is one of the best private law universities in India. The fees to study law here is 3.4 lakhs a year. Also, since I am an outsider, I have also opted for the girls hostel of the university for which the fees is 2.2 lakhs a year. Hence the total fees is 6.6 lakhs a year and total cost of education from ILNU, Nirma University is around 31 lakhs a year.

Nearly 100 acres of campus with best facilities. We have two moot court halls as one is small where we get to practice and when other universities are invited the bigger moot court is used. We also have a large auditorium of law department as there are several others too. We have one cafeteria, one juice corner, one coffe and snacks bar and some sports facilities too. At ILNU fests are more than any Law School as Aswamedha being the biggest cultural fest of the university and then we have events like Fiesta, Vibes and others.

A 14 floor girls hostel with 100 rooms is there at the university. AC rooms and non AC rooms are available and capacity wise 2 and 3 seater rooms are available. Attached washrooms and fully air-conditioned mess makes it a place to go and have meals which are served not thrice but 4 times in a day.

I gave CLAT and our of 150, I got 119. The cut-off for GNLU was 128 nd therefore I couldn't make it and was getting offers from NLUO, RGNUL and others. ILNU is far better but fees is high so, I took some thinking and then compared published articles, research opportunities and placements opportunities. Hence, if you want to do from Gujarat and you don't get GNLU, ILNU is the second best option here.

Not just our faculties are NLU passed out but have teaching experience of teaching in NLUs too. So, their expertise, experience and everything is there for students to bank upon. Law studies are frustrating because they are quite lengthy. Our faculties though make sure our interest is always steep as they teach us with utmost clarity and gratitude.

Our university has all the facilities and since intime for ILNU students in hostel is 9 pm, we could hardly go and enjoy the night scene at Sabarmati River Front. For food the House of Makeba is best in my eyes.
