Remarks:

1. Research the college: You should know whatever details you can regarding the college and what it can offer you. The interview is a means to establish not only how well you would fit into the college, but also how well the college fits you Before going to the interview, try to find out how much weightage the college gives on the interview process and prepare accordingly Top tier colleges will require an evaluative interview and not just an informative one. Your evaluative interview will become a part of your admission file. So be careful that you show the right side of yourself to the interviewer 2. Dress smart: Make a good first impression. While dressing, aim for a business casual style. Since this is not a job interview, you do not need to be over professional, but you must come across as smart, confident, neat and clean, and put together Moreover, selecting what you wear should also depend on the course you are applying for. While a B-school interview may call for polished, western formals, you might do better choosing innovative designs and good fabrics when appearing for a fashion course interview

I think I have already explained everything and if you have any queries please feel free to contact. Yet I think apart from accommodation issues, everything works fine and off campus does have it's negative effects but because of that education is pretty nice.

What is your review of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University?

Rajgeet JoshiStudied BCom (Hons) at Sri Venkateswara College Delhi University (Graduated 2013)

My cousin was a student of Mathematics at Sri Venkateswara College. Based on her experience in the same I will list down some key features of the college:

  1. Faculty- The faculty of this college is without that the best. The professors of Mathematics and even other courses will make you fall in love with the subject. Just stay committed to your course.

  3. Extracurricular activities- If you are a student here, you will get enough exposure to develop your personality. Apart from academics, this college has a list of glamour studded societies in every field.

How good is DUs Satyawati College?

Prajwal TiwariStudied at Satyawati College, University of Delhi

Satyawati was a part of the Delhi University campus before it was relocated to Ashok Vihar.

When you are admitted to one of the DU colleges, you place a high value on education. There are many amenities in college that other colleges do not have, one of which is the Largest Auditorium at DU.

It's a good college with friendly students. The seniors are helpful. There are numerous co-curricular societies to which one can belong. Ragging is prohibited at the college because of the anti-ragging policy. Except for a few, the teachers have extensive experience and training. The building's infrastructure is adequate, and the classrooms are also spacious. There is a fantastic library as well. The canteen is excellent. The ground is in good condition and is well-maintained.

Is a BA programme a good course if I do it from DU?

Neha Rani
Prakriti RainaLLB from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi

BA at DU can be BA (Program), BA (Hons), and in Honors, you can take the specialization course in Economics, Political Science, History, English, Hindi, Geography, and so on.

Furthermore, if you expect to get a higher percentage in BA courses, you are mistaken. Students at Delhi University typically receive very low grades. The average score is between 51 and 58%. It would not surprise me if someone became a University topper with only 58% of the marks.

So, just for the DU brand, choose the BA program and if you want to work in the civil service, you're on the right track.

How good is Indraprastha College of DU in reality?

Sanjana SinghStudied at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi

Seeing hundreds of girls daily can be overwhelming if you attend a co-ed school. But you'll get used to it. Despite its proximity to North Campus, it is no less than an off-campus college. The typical North campus atmosphere is missing. However, Kamla Nagar and GTB Nagar are only a few minutes away by autorickshaw.

The college canteen is not that good. It's vegetarian, and the menu isn't particularly appealing. The chole kulche and chaats available outside the college are tasty. Rolls Club, located near the metro station, serves delicious Chilli chicken rolls.

The professors, like all other DU colleges, are uninvolved concerning what you do outside of class. However, keep your attendance above 40%, at all costs. There are no language restrictions. If you don't understand something in English, teachers are willing to teach you again in Hindi. Most professors, at least.

In a semester, each paper has only two exams. There are no class tests otherwise.

There is no AC, only fans. You can go to the library for AC during your free period. The library is phenomenal for a government college. It has three floors with a lift and an online system to determine where books are kept. There is an ICT lab with internet access.

You must make your own college life enjoyable. You will meet many incredible women who will inspire you with their grace, intelligence, courage, speaking abilities, and pure hearts.

How is Swami Shraddhanand College of DU?

Sherina PhutelaStudied at Swami Shraddhanand College,University of Delhi

Swami Shraddhanand College is located on North Campus. Because of its location and management, it cannot be compared to any other DU college.

However, when you consider the foundation of a college, namely education and extracurricular activities, in terms of education, SSNC's History Department ranks among the top ten in Delhi University for some specific courses, along with the courses like Microbiology, Life Science, Botany, and Geography, SSNC. Aside from that, there is the well-known Cricket team, which has been a champion for the past decade or so.

Is Ramanujan College DU a good choice?

Mrunal KapoorStudied at University of Delhi

It would be an excellent choice. It became an independent morning college in 2013, and its growth has been phenomenal since then. Ramanujan College has it all: amazing campus life and a fantastic learning environment. NAAC has awarded it a Grade A++ and a GPA of 3.71. According to the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2021, it is also ranked 53rd in the college category, with an overall score of 54.68.

Here are some distinguishing characteristics that set Ramanujan apart from the crowd:

  1. Excellent Location: The college is in a prime location in Kalkaji, close to Epicuria, McD, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, and other restaurants. You will never run out of places to party.

  2. Societies: This section is the college's true treasure. JAZBA, NSS, DNA, Shivranjani, Tark, TATVA, and other societies have always made the college proud.

  3. Experienced Faculty: Friendly and cooperative.

  4. Infrastructure: The building's infrastructure distinguishes it from all other DU colleges. The college has the best infrastructure in DU, with all modern amenities.

  5. Crowd: It's almost a nurturing environment, with seniors eager to assist and juniors willing to collaborate. The college environment is always pumped up with some event, campaign, rally, or other activity that inspires students.

Go ahead and enroll in Ramanujan College if you're interested in that now. You will never be regretful of your choice. You'll be presented with numerous opportunities here; all you have to do is seize them wisely. Ramanujan, as the name implies, has an excellent academic record, but the authorities are extremely strict. You must have a certain percentage of attendance in order to take the semester exam.
