Faculty is cooperative, helpful and has a great way of teaching.
Placement of this college is good like company like amazon bcs come here
It's not as big and grand as dtu but you will enjoy it surely.

No fests at all its the worst thing every college holds fests
Mess is of poor quality and offer provide bad food some days
Teachers just give their lectures they dont care students are getting it or not some teachers are good but some new faculties are bad and they dont give marks to the students easily they also take revenge also

the canteens are quite affordable and available all the time
proffesors are very much friendly with us
seniors are very helpful and kind , they help us a lot

Dislikes

the food service in the mess is not good
the time table is very teight and we do not get time for playing

NIT Delhi - Review

Likes

The environment of this college is too much good from others college.
Senior's are very good and talk wisely with their juniors.
All labs are free to use any time by just showing your id card of college.

Dislikes

Nearest metro is 11 km far from the college.
College society is not too much good and not useful also.
Sports practice timing is not good for day scholars students.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. All top level of companies visiting here like Google, Flipkart etc. Highest package is 82LPA and average is 18LPA. According to 2022 and 2024 placement statistics 93% got placed. I want to join in a company as AI & DS Engineer.

My honest college review

Likes

The infrastructure is small and is under construction. As of now there are only 3 buildings in college other than hostel.
The faculty and teaching methods is very good. Teacher also provide support to students who do research.
The boy to girl ratio in my college is around 30%

Dislikes

The infrastructure is small . It need improvement.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from their 6th semester. Overall placement percentage is around 85%. Companies visited college are Microsoft,Amazon,Adobe,Samsung, Flipkart, Nvidia, Zomato, swiggy Highest package is around 80lpa and average is around 20lpa. Upon completing my degree at NIT Delhi, my plans include Exploring job opportunities in reputed firms where I can apply my skills effectively.

The engagement of seniors, faculty and other students are the best things,the teaching methods are just normal can't say they are best. But worth it
The placements that we heard from seniors was so good like everyone leaving this college was getting a decent amount of package
The curriculum was worth it , not so complex just the perfect way , and we even get enough time for co curricular activities

Dislikes

The infrastructure and the college life is not so great and needs to be developed
The mess food only consists of veg items even the canteen doesn't provide any non veg stuff
The area of NIT delhi is very less when compared with other NITs like NIT Rourkela and warangal

Unlike IITs our college placement starts from the 7th semester and only 7th and 8th sem students get eligible for campus placements Major recruiters and companies visited are Amazon, Adobe, Cisco, Delhivery, media.net etc , and the number of offers made. And can't say the exact number of offers made but placement percent is 66% The highest package offered is 62 LPA and the average package is around 15.62 LPA Percentage of students who got placed last year is 66% My plans after getting a degree is settle in abroad

NIT Delhi student Life

Likes

Friends and teachers are good and a friendly environment is provided.
Study wise as ours is a new branch so all professors are teaching their best.
Hostels are nice. Spacious and fully furnished.

Dislikes

As the campus is in construction period so there is less convenience regarding shops , food items .
Mess food is the worst case here . I literally miss my home .
The environment is all dusty and polluted due to drainage here.worst thing is mosquitos and rats.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Regarding AI I think there could have been more better because what I observed is that the CSE course and ours is almost same the difference is that we are studying it in advance . The subjects that they used to have in 5th semester we are having them in 1-2 semester. And their should be some changes in mathematics subjects according to requirements of our branch.

A overview of NIT Delhi

Likes

Campus infrastructure is quite good and futuristic.
Campus is full of artistic things, hence a good combo if art and technology is present.
Sports facilities available are also quite satisfactory.

Dislikes

Signifacnt area of campus is still under construction.
Campus is disconnected from Delhi metro. 7km distance from metro and bus services present are also not that frequent.

Placement Experience:

Placement of college is quite good with average package of 17.72lpa and highest package of 83lpa. 88.3 percent of students get placed among the total registred sstudents. Conpanies like samsung, amazon, Swiggy, Tata Motors etc visited the campus for placement.

Likes

Faculty is very good here. Every faculty is phd holder. They are good and supportive and encouraging we will get to work under them also
Clubs are good here, interactive and we will get time to work in that clubs accordingly with our college.

Placement Experience:

official placents will be done in 3rd year but students will start internships in 1st year only under professers or any labs in college.All top mnc's will be comming to college for placements.Placement record in our college is pretty good and increasing rapidly. Highest was 80 L last year this year ecpecting to cross 1cr.average for cs is aroung 15 lakhs and overall average is 7-8 lakhs.all students of cs and ece will be placed.EE is decent, mech and civil are updating day by day.My plan after completing the degree is to get a good job 1st and then plan for further studies after 1-2 years
