NIT Delhi Scholarship 2026

NIT Delhi has a dedicated Scholarship Cell that assists students in accessing various scholarships, primarily offered by government agencies and external organizations. Scholarships are mainly available for students from reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD), who can receive a 100% tuition fee waiver. OBC students may receive a 50% tuition fee waiver, while scholarships for general category students are limited and based on income criteria. Students with a family income below 1 lakh per annum receive a full tuition fee waiver, while those with incomes between 1 lakh and 5 lakhs receive a two-thirds tuition fee waiver.

The tuition fee for incomes above 5 lakh is approximately 62,500 INR per semester. The college provides access to several government scholarship schemes, including the Ishan Uday Scholarship, Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, and scholarships available through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). Although the college does not offer its own scholarships, it facilitates the application process for various scholarships and provides notifications and verification support. Additionally, education loans are available through banks affiliated with the college, such as SBI and Canara Bank, offering competitive interest rates.

The fee structure is affordable, with tuition fees varying based on a student's category and family income, and it remains constant throughout the course duration.
