The curriculum is average and does not meet industrial requirements. This is not only a problem at our college but at almost every college. Our curriculum comprises both practical and theoretical components. It is advisable to study subjects in depth if one wants to pursue a career in the core field. What we study are the basic concepts of environmental subjects, which indeed help a lot in government and academic exams. Our academic exams include mid-semester exams, end-semester exams (like a final exam for a semester), assignments, quizzes, and viva. In conclusion, I can say that the curriculum needs to be updated to meet current industrial requirements specifically. Student should study by their own instead rely on college academics.

I have chosen BTech because I have seen my career through engineering and the faculty is also nice and cool and all the sections are roughly 80 students the faculty are well qualified and humble but you can't rely on them there are mid-sems and end-sems in the particular semesters.

I choose this course mainly because of two reasons. First being my low performance in mains and secondly this branch being a little easy compared to other. Although the branch is not very well known in India but it has a huge scope in outside India. But in future there is hope that there placement value increases much more. The student ratio and faculty ratio is very good. Although I don't know it correctly but there is never absence of faculty. Most of the faculties are very well educated either being PhDs or mtech in there specific fields. The teaching method are also very good. Most of them provide notes and PPT of there lectures alongside with questions and assignments that are related to ther classes. Term exams usually get mentioned in the academic calendar and there are usually no delays in the calendar. Though exams are not very hard but you still need to study to pass them.

DTU has sprwaling campus of 164 acres with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. It has well-equipped laboratories and libraries. DTU has a highly qualified and experienced facult who are experts in their respective fields. They use innovations teaching methods and encourage research and innnovation among students.
I chose this course since it is the easiest Bachelor of Technology Course at Delhi Technological University. The faculty-student ratio is good. We have a batch of 60-70 students, with 5 faculties for all 5 papers. The faculties are highly qualified.

The faculty members are really very good. I chose this course because I was keen to learn about the environment and also I want to make my environment superior and better in every term. Exams are sometimes difficult they're not as easy as in other universities in my college mid-term and end-term exams are conducted.

The placements of environmental engineering at DTU are great. According to the placement highlights of 2019, the environmental engineering department received a total of 38 placement offers and 27 students from the department got placed. The highest CTC received by the students of this department was around 16 LPA in this academic season. In the past students of environmental engineering received placement packages up to 25 lakhs per annum. The company offering the package was Brother Industries and the post was software developer. Students are offered lucrative packages at reputed firms such as ZS, MuSigma, Deloitte, UHG, Practo, RNF, Printvenue, etc. These companies offer average placement packages of around 5-6 lakhs per annum for non-tech posts. However, placements are not too promising for core companies. But a number of software firms, consultancies, analytics, R&D, finance MNCs visit the campus for placement sessions.
