Is it difficult to get admission to DTU?

To be admitted to most courses at DTU, applicants must have a valid score on national, state, or university entrance exams. The most popular course at DTU, the BTech program, will admit students in 2024 based on their JEE Main followed by JAC Delhi counseling. National/university-level entrance exams, including UCEED, GATE, CAT, MAT, and CMAT, among others, are the basis for DTU admission to all remaining courses.

DTU, also known as Delhi Technological University, is a state university, and it does not need to be affiliated with AICTE- All India Council for Technical Education. State and central universities can run any program after approval by the UGC- University Grants Commission.

How can I get admission for an MSc at DTU?

DTU M.Sc. is a 2-year PG Program offered by the Institute and is done through the CUET PG. It is a national-level entrance test that is conducted by NTA. However, candidates are also required to have a BSc degree from any recognized university or Institute to be eligible for the DTU MSc program.

As per DTU eligibility criteria, candidates with 75% and above marks in 10+2 are eligible for admission to DTU's flagship BTech program. For Admissions to the MBA Program admissions is granted to the candidates having 60% in graduation. DTU MSc eligibility criteria is 55% in Graduation.

What is the Registration Fee for DTU PhD applicants?

Applicants who have passed a Masters degree can apply for Ph.D. courses at DTU. The application fee for unreserved categories is INR 1000 and for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) is INR 500.
