- There are many scholarships available for the students which can help the students in many ways it help the needy people who cannot afford fees or have better excellence .
- They professor and teachers were friendly and had great knowledge of in their subjects
- The application form, fees and admission dates was pretty available on the website and everything was also provided on the college brochure!
Dislikes
- The condition of the rooms is very bad and it is requires renovation .overall i pay 6000 a month for my hostel room .. mess is 950 which is included in 6000
- Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.
- It only provides a fan , a bed , and a almirah which in most cases is faulty .

Likes
- Teaches are very well qualified and ground to earth, they teach very well and also take doubts.
- Classrooms are well lighted and ventilated . It also has AC classrooms for students of 2 nd year and above.
- Infrastructure is very nice, all labs are well maintained. Labs for higher studies is also avaialable making studies more practical.
Dislikes
- It is basically disconnected from main campus of panjab university,
- Hostel room are not quite big and also very far from classroom
- The quality of students are not up to the mark .
Placement Experience:
The placement at uiet chandgarh is quite decent and steadily improving , especially in core branches . Students become eligile for in campus placements from 7th semester . Some big companies also comes for placement like infosys , wipro ,tcs,accenture , ibm.

- The teachers are very helpful and help students in any way they can .
- The social life is very good with a lot of clubs and helpful seniors .
Dislikes
- There is no coding environment .
- Students can get distracted from the city culture
- be prepared to be around some unsober students
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is based of the current industry patterns and is really good . There could be areas of improvements in terms of first year subjects but other than that its very good . the frequency of exams is good and sufficient time is given . they are of moderate level depending on the subject teachers

- Teachers are very highly qualified and come from even IITs
- There is a huge diversity in the college like you will see almost every state
- The fees is very affordable to any of the category
Dislikes
- The college is not located in the city area
- The college campus is small like few blocks
- There are only 3 blocks and civil engineering and many more domain are absent
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is mostly based on theoretical aspects as the course itself is bachelor of engineering there can be more practical aspects but the overall difficulty level is medium i would say and these are durable

- I like the atmosphere the most as the city is Chandigarh which is a perk
- I like the campus as it is huge and lushgreen
- I like the hostel as hostel fees is very less
Dislikes
- Hostel fees is less but it's not well maintained
- Classes and college building is not renovated from a long time
- Placement is good for CSE, IT and ece but not for rest of the branches
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course of biotechnology is irrelevant as in India biotechnology will grow later but students gets time to do extra curriculum as exams is taken on a gap of 4 months atleast and there are opportunities in foreign countries for biotech

- Peaceful Environment and Self-Learning, college provide a quiet and distraction free atmosphere making it ideal for self-motivated learners.
- Supportive Faculty- the professors are knowledgeable and approachable .
- Affordable fess and Decent Facilities - the fee structure is reasonable, and the campus has basic amenities like library, canteen and sport ground
Dislikes
- Limited social and campus life, college lacks a vibrant social scene and major fests are infrequent - only one fest in last three years
- Infrastructure needs improvement - no Wi-Fi in the library, and some labs lack advanced equipment
- Remote Location and Transport Issues - locate 8 km outside the city - bus and auto are limted
Placement Experience:
students become eligible for placement from 7th semester companies like Infosys, joshtech and cognizant visit the campus offering Roles in software development, testing, web development, BDE and sales, the highest package is around 12 - 14 LPA with an average of 4-5 LPA, nearly 60 to 70% of students are secure jobs.

- I like the coding culture of my college and also the VLSI lab of my college.
- The seniors of my college are very help as they help us with everything from studies to sports.
- I also like the college life which is very lively as a date is interaction between every year students without any you know ragging etc and the clubs of my college are very good inter College have good infrastructure.
Dislikes
- I dislike on the first year professor as they are not very helpful
- I also dislike the sports faculty as they do not provide the equipment for playing sports where do we have to arrange it for ourself
Placement Experience:
As I said before are college got NBA credit this year only and the tpc sale of my college is very good my alumini network is also very good the alumini is help they are juniors to get placement in their own companies or to other companies through their connections and they are many companies coming to the college for placement and the average package of my colleges 8.5 lakh which is up decent package

- Situated place is good , you get the exposure of city .
Dislikes
- But it lack in internship and training which requires in mba.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is not good. It have to be well planned but we get some issues faculty are good but lack in numbers . Teacher are good some are not that but you get same teacher in like after one semester each.

- No shortage of water and less transport charges

- No connectivity college is situated in outskirts
- Electricity issues long power cuts more in summer
- Poor network no good network speed difficulty in downloading files

- the teaching staff is well qualified and the way of explaining the concepts is appreciable.
- there is a well managed library and the librarians are all very cooperative.
- there are many clubs( societies: example debsoc, SAE for coding, autonomy, photography, social welfare , bhangra etc) that help in personal development and increase interaction with others . this also improves our communication skills.
Dislikes
- the girls to boys ratio is quite low, the most negative aspect of any engineering college. in our class we have only 10 girls and 50 boys approximately
- the infrastructure is not very appreciable and there is nothing much to explore in the college campus which makes life at college a bit boring. also the college has a very small campus.
- less companies come for recruitment in core jobs of that particular course.
Placement Experience:
the placements are offered for CSE ANDD IT related branches at a large extent. the core placements for all other branches are very less or negligible. the students become eligible for campus placements after the completion of fourth year only. companies such as cisco, servicenow, kpmg and zs associates etc have visited and over 300 students git campus selection.the highest package is of 40 lakh and average is of 7 lakh.
