Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.

Why To Join Panjab University Chandigarh - Reviews & Rating
The university is famous for its courses and all my family has studied from this university, so even I wanted to. Another reason is university is close to home and I wanted to go somewhere near home.
College doing good but needs improvement.
Emphasis should be laid on modern technology and equipment like e-classrooms, e-payment, better common areas etc.
Declining rank of the university in the education rankings is something to worry about.
Admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam which is of 200 marks and the score is calculated as follows :
1) 50% (entrance exam)
2) 50% (qualifying exam)
Eligibility criteria for the same is as follows :
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in commerce with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST) from any recognized Board/University.
I got admission in this college by writing PULLB exam after 12th class. The general criteria for getting admission in our college is above 45% marks in 12th + PULLB exam for the courses such as BALLB(hons) and B.com+LLB(hons).
College is good for the students who want to pusue further education in laws. It offers courses as LL.B,LL.M and B.A.LL.B. As it is taking very high fees they are not provide very worst facilities as compared to other colleges and universities taking less fees.
The environment is very friendly and supportive but it's very limited. It lacks in aspects of providing exposure and opportunities except moot Court competitions. It is not well equipped with regular summer schools and special courses in particular laws.
