Faculty in my department are very good .i like the way of their teaching they are ready to entertain your doubts ready to take extra classes
The placements opportunities here are very good, as the college has some of the very best company connections thus helping us to have a bright placement opportunity.
Many scholarships are available you can avail anything one of my friends hot 50000 scholarship from ngo and it is perfect year .so that he can study well .

Dislikes

The internet was a big big disappointed, no wifi in cvr hostes );
I don't like the washing machines provided. they don't work most of the times and not good care is taken for them.
Food i was bit dissatisfied with mess food and bored of it

Good college and infrastructure

Likes

I like the library here and the way how practical lab and work are conducted here.
I like the sports here like cricket , tennis , badminton and others.
I like the college structure and the halls.

Dislikes

I dislike the way teacher teaches because it's not effective.
I dislike the way hotel rooms and washroom and bathroom management.
I dislike the costly prices of god's being sold here.

Placement Experience:

Placement of IIT PATNA is too high and enjoyable. Here fourth-year students become eligible for campus placements because in third they need to do internship programs. Highest package for here is about 1 crore. Mostly 50-70 percent of students go for placements.

IIT patna latest 2023 review

Likes

Placements at the end of 4th year and internship opportunities in 3rd year
Extra curricular activities that we get from the opportunities we get from an IIT.
The seniors here are very supportive and no ragging is done nowadays as rumoured on internet from 5-10 years old post.

Dislikes

Not much shops of eatables inside the campus like no Domino's.
Not in a prime city location and located in an isolated location.
Less popular among aspirants as this might be considered as among the best second gen IITs.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good at stats and many tech giants visit our campus even if you are in a lower branch you can be picked up by a big tech giant given that you have a good set of skills. The percentage of students getting placed is above 90% and 95% here.

Life style of IIT Patna.

Likes

I like the way they received us and full supporting members.
Campus was so beautiful and not only studies they also help in sports.
Her researching also available if we study hard then they allow use to join with them in research.

Dislikes

Campus is far from the city. To buy something we need to spend whole day to get it.
Food is not to good nor too bad to eat. Canteen in campus are just 2 in number.
Cost of something is too high to buy like food, stationary, and also store is too far from hostel.

Placement Experience:

This time placement was too high for the B.tech branch. Amazon, Wipro, etc. 281 offers are made. 82.05 lakh and 29.30 are the highest and average packages. 70% of student gets placements. To do work on robots and gaming.

from the 6th sem, in 3rd year we are eligible for the campus placements many of the companies visit every year for the placements like more than 350 average package is like 13.25 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 7 lakhs per year 99 percent are getting placed every year

Placement Experience:

Every year the college placement keep on improving the college has a record of 100% placement and the college placement committee plays an important role in the placement process. As the college placement committee is fully responsible for our placement and they guide us thoroughly throughout the placement rounds and make sure that we are properly placed. The highest package for our batch was around 44 LPA and the average package was around 20 LPA. Around 110+ companies visited our campus for a placement drive.

Remarks:

B.Tech computer engineering is offered as a UG degree program with full time residential quality. Candidates can enter for the admission by appearing in JEE Main or JEE Advanced Exam. The program is offered in several specialisations. Computer science is also included in it.

Placement Experience:

Placements at IIT Patna are very good, for Computer Science and Electronics branch it is nearly 100% in terms of no of students placed. the major hiring sectors are IT, manufacturing, finance, and education more details can be found out on the Training and Placement cell's website.

Remarks:

As per my all India rank I got this college in seat allotment. I got IIT Dhanbad and IIT BHU Also in my counseling rounds but I wasn't getting any desired branch so I decided to ho with IIT Patna. Through internet too I found out that IIT Panta was good among tier 2 IIT.

IIT Patna review

Remarks:

The college has a very good infrastructure and its still growing. It has done well for a new IIT, is recruiting good faculties, providing good facilities to students. So thats my positive remark. But at the a same time it has to try to improve its placements and placement process, improve upon faculties teaching skills etc.
