A brief details about University of Hyderabad

Likes

Faculty are very much expert most of them are PhD graduate from reputed institute and some from foreign universities
This institute has got title of institute of eminence

Dislikes

More focused on research rather than placement
Mess food are not much better to eat and some kind of dish north indian

This University has lot of research opportunities and Curriculum for engineering needs some improvement Minor exam occur two times in one semester And end semester Curriculum is some kind helpful in real world solutions

A life in UOH

Likes

I like the greenary of the campus..and nature.The campus has many beautiful places and animals such as peacocks deers and many more
Coming to the faculty there are very highly talented and their teach skills are outstanding

Dislikes

The quality of mess food is below average
Even the mess fee are little high.. even though the food is bad

The university provides a paid internship in 8th semester..Many companies such as Marvell recruit students form our Almost 80% students get placed in campus interviews The highest package offered is 23LPA The average package is 6.92 LPA

Likes

Campus life of universty which help you to grow your overall personality.
The vast spectrum of opportunities in each field

Dislikes

The bathrooms and toilets and the hostels are not maintain and no cleanliness
The commuication b/w adminstration and student is not proper and the faculty people are very slow any problem takes long time

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement and we get internships from the 5th semester. Mainly students get internships through outside sources to intershalla or other campus company internships. the placement cell is not so good companies like delloite, AGl, chemical and banks come to campus so student take ppo's through outside internships which the department help.

The placements are very good and I liked the placement from this college the package is very nice from this university my plan is to go to full stack developer and to go for Microsoft and bigger companies.

In university gym is free and nature will be very nice.
Library is accessible to students every book will be available.

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good and there are internships available for students full-time and part-time jobs are available for every student. After they get selected for jobs or they plan to go to us for further studies.

You can explore many aspects of life here

Dislikes

Not proper labs for computer science engineering students
It needs to improve itself and attain more companies.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students can sit in placement by various companies. About 8-10 companies visit every year. I don't know the exact name I have listened to Delloite and Samsung India. Highest: 20 LPA Lowest: 4 LPA Average: 8 LPA 80-90 % gets placed. I will take placement after BTech.

Currently, I am studying in the first year, I don't know about it exactly but one of my fifth-year seniors said that the average package was around 10 LPA and the highest this year was 17 LPA and the least was 5 LPA. The companies this year which came are good companies. Generally from the 7th semester, a student can elect to the campus placements . the companies like TCS, BOSCO, Dell, Accenture, hp, Wipro and other some good companies. The percentage placement is 100 percent this year and all are placed in different software companies. Generally, many of them have chosen their job from java, data science, python, artificial and, information security courses.

Great experience, Nice Place, Good Placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements are great here. Almost 100% of our seniors received the placements. The highest salary was 15LPA and the minimum was 6LPA. The average was around 6-7LPA. It is increasing year by year. Some of the top past recruiters are Amazon, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Texas Instruments, Dell, Qualcomm, Oracle, DE Shaw, Teradata, Works Applications, Royal Bank of Scotland, CISCO, NPCI, infor, HSBC, TCS etc.

The University of Hyderabad is a lot more than academics. I have a few friends from the University of Hyderabad and here is their insight on the institute.

There are various places you can explore on the campus including the Water Tank, Mushroom Rock, and Check Dam.
Apart from this, you can do campfires on campus, where you can gather with your friends even at late nights and can cook food and enjoy.
The University of Hyderabad is not just an institute that provides academics and education. It helps a student gain experience and understands the true meaning of life which is more important than being a reading parrot.
The campus is a beautiful and large lush green campus which is so huge that it is further divided into two campuses where students can jog, play any kind of sports be it outdoor or indoor, ranging from Tennis to Football or gym, etc. Therefore, the campus encourages sports at every level.
The faculty base of the institute is quite good. They are experienced and cooperative.
The Indira Gandhi Memorial Library is a great place to study. There are lots of study materials and books.
The hostels are clean and well-maintained. There are mess facilities available at each hostel. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But the quality of food offered is not that great.
The University gives freedom to a student to stay up late at night, to go out of the campus at any hour. You can visit Tankbund or the places you wish to and can be back early morning. There’s no one to supervise.

Therefore, you can opt for the University of Hyderabad without thinking twice.
