University of Hyderabad has opened the MBA applications for the academic year 2026-28. Interested candidates must apply by January 31, 2026, through the official website uohyd.ac.in.

The General category candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 600, EWS candidates have to pay INR 550, and SC, ST, and PWD candidates have to pay INR 275.

The MBA programme at the University of Hyderabad is offered as a two-year, full-time course, with a total intake of 75 students. For the 2026 admission cycle, the MBA programme will be provided in seven different specialisations: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, and Banking

Admission to the MBA programme will be based on valid CAT, MAT, CMAT, and cutoff scores, as well as work experience. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks. Final year students may also apply, but their candidature will be cancelled if he/she scores below 60%.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their scores in the entrance exams (CAT 2025, MAT 2026, and CMAT), followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on the total weightage of the above categories.
