Good faculty who are well qualified and teach as per best.
The placements here at nsut are remarkaby excellent , they are known because a lot of great companies visit the main campus for placements like microsoft , amazon , sprinklr , jp morgan , morgan stanley etc
It is good i enjoy a ot in here many games to play college is enjoyed because of friends due.

Dislikes

Some teacher are not good enough . they want to be a very strict with good students also
The fee is very high i didn't apply for any scholarship i don't know why they are increasing the fee that much it's pathetic for one year i had to pay.
Hostel rooms and mess food are on a very bad condition.

Look at NSUT from a fresher's point of view...

Likes

Campus and college life have been a true blessing
Infrastructure and the surrounding area is a huge plus point overall
Facilities and faculty of the college play a huge role in the convenience to explore everything

Dislikes

Jam packed curriculum, a constant assesment criteria requires constant studying
Classes can get stretched till late in the evenings
Classes can start way too early in the morning considering people have to come from far away places too

Placement Experience:

Considering I'm in the first semester writing this, I don't have much info as of right now on the placements of the current year. But overall the placements through the years in college have been way above average in my opinion (comparing these with private IP University colleges).

The sports fest (AGASTYA) , The annual fest(MOKSHA) ,Ethnic day, RESONANZ
Classrooms and the crowd here is also nice and decent
Security is very strict and the greenery also the ANNUAL SPORTS DAY held on 10th of march

Dislikes

Priority is given more to academics instead of sports
Management of sports complex and sports teams is not taken very seriously

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is too vast and interesting, Biotechnology itself is something too important and much needed these days!! The faculty here at NSUT are really helpful and faculty: The student ratio is also fair. Teachers are highly qualified and have their own teaching methods which are very creative. Term exams were held on time so as to bring the semester on track and Academics here are manageable to pass with some extra co-curricular activities too.

From the end of the second year people are eligible for internships and by the end of the year for placements, every year top class MNCs come and offer great packages to the students, average package is 15-17 lakhs, highest has gone until 1.25 cr, 80-90% of the students get placed.

Why you should join NSUT college.

Likes

The peer group is really great, as some of the best brains of the nation are sitting next to you.
The college promotes alot of extra-curricular activities which help in overall development of a person.

Dislikes

The 75 % attendance criteria is a headache for students and students get detained if their attendance gets below 75%.
The exams are taken very frequently be it class tests, assignments, quizzes or mid sems.
The academic schedule is really hectic, where we have classes from 8am to 6pm daily.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good, the average ctc recorded this year was somewhere around 18LPA and the highest CTC recorded was around 1.25 crores/annum. The top companies which visited the campus include Microsoft, Google, Meta, Deloitte, amazon, Flipkart, lenskart, goldman sacs, Bain etc. More than 90 per cent of the students got the on-campus placements and the rest 10 per cent students chose to for higher studies and entrepreneurship. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies abroad.

i liked the environment of the nsut its calm and beauty of campus .
classrooms facilites and wifi all around campus
socities are fun to join and techweek and hackathons .

Dislikes

attendance is mosst annoying 75% rule its irritating
no freshers party was given officially .
faculties can rule out on behalf of your attendance

Placement Experience:

from 3rd year the students are eligible for campus placements and placements are just lit in nsut I'm talking about cse average is around 24lpa and this year highest is around 1.25 crore package percentage of students placed is around 97 per cent my plan is to apply in mnc and grab an international package.

Likes

Teachers are overall better than school.
Apj halls which are allotted to first year student are to so cool
Nature friendly environment and so much flowers and greenery

Dislikes

Assignment are most boring thing which we need to do for internal marks
Practicals are also so boring as some teachers are not even trying to help you

As an effect of the corona lockdown, our first semester is of only 3.5 months every sem we have at least 2 ct, 1 mid sem,1 end sem, an internal practical exam, and a final practical exam. Teacher's are mostly teaching with pdf which is already shared in Google classroom, so no one shows interest in the class. Some teachers are cool, some are also very dedicated for study.

Reality behind the so called finest engineering college in Delhi- NSUT

I love the campus and the environment provided. Campus life is amazing given all the friends, helping seniors and all the fests, sports activities and societies present in the college.

Dislikes

I don't like the 75% attendance criteria and the rigorous curriculum. Doesn't give you much time to develop other necessary skills, class tests should be eliminated in my opinion.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements after 6 semester. There are more than 170 companies that visit the campus and include tech giants like google, microsoft, amazon, adobe etc. and offer an avg package of about 15 lpa and highest packages going upto 60+lpa. Percentage of students getting varies from branch to branch, but its quite decent for the upper branches. I personally plan to go for MBA after my degree.

Internship opportunity is pretty good as compared to DTU, IIIT Delhi, NIT Delhi

The teaching sense of any professor is not so good excluding some professor

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is much more updated now as compared to the past but still requires improvement. I have 5 subjects in 1 sem i.e. Maths, Computer Programming, EEE, BME, Physics. If I compare my college to a few colleges i.e. IIIT Delhi, DTU and even IIT Delhi, IIIT Delhi have a much-upgraded curriculum and their faculty is so good at teaching.

Review of NSUT DWARKA

Likes

Societies, flora and fauna of college, everywhere greenery and peace for students development of brain.
The faculty of Nsut so experienced will trained and full of knowledge.

Dislikes

A lot of exams regularly like class tests and like weekly exams and all.
The canteen is not so well developed compared to any other colleges
There is no cycling services in college which makes us difficult to travel from one wing to another.

Placement Experience:

In the last year of study, the student gets placed. Big companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys texas instruments etc come for on-campus placement. The Lowest package was 6 lakhs and the highest package was of 1 CPA. 100% of students get placed in companies.
