Good faculty who are well qualified and teach as per best.
The placements here at nsut are remarkaby excellent , they are known because a lot of great companies visit the main campus for placements like microsoft , amazon , sprinklr , jp morgan , morgan stanley etc
It is good i enjoy a ot in here many games to play college is enjoyed because of friends due.

Dislikes

Some teacher are not good enough . they want to be a very strict with good students also
The fee is very high i didn't apply for any scholarship i don't know why they are increasing the fee that much it's pathetic for one year i had to pay.
Hostel rooms and mess food are on a very bad condition.

nsut-an experience

Likes

Helpful professors and staff - always ready to help in doubts.
Great green campus, along with peacocks. Lovely environment.
Top notch buildings and air conditioner equipped classrooms.

Dislikes

Slightly old hostel buildings. Can renovate them.
Can include a shuttle/buggy service as it's a big campus.
Hostel in time is pretty strict, can show flexibility.

Placement Experience:

The on campus placements in NSUT are beyond impressive- big companies like Uber, Amazon, Google, Goldman Sachs, etc have hired mutliple seniors on campus. The average starting package in NSUT would be around 12LPA, which is a great start.

NSUT - The Falling College

Likes

Most of the faculties i met till yet is good if you pay fair attention to them.
Location of college is also good .Easy transport Availble.
Placement stats for the past years are good.

Dislikes

Fees structure is one of the things i don't like about my college like amount that is beinh charged is not relevant.
Another thing i disliked is that the attendance criteria. This should be some where relaxing.
Infrastructure is Another point i disliked and also very less hangout Point in the college Although thr campus size is much bigget but no good usage of that

Placement Experience:

As per the past stats i can say that placements are good enough . A descent package is provided by the companies came for hiring. From 7th semestar one is eligible for the placements. Google, AMAZON, Phonepe many more like this big companies for hiring. Approximately 90-95 Percent people get placed here. 15 lac is the average package for CSE students and 17-18 is median package.

Life at Nsut

Likes

The college campus is vast and lovely atosphere
The girls to boys ratio is also great ig 7 to 1

Dislikes

Some faculties are just there to take classes don't take the doubts of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is great as it offers a good competitive level in the college but many courses are outdated which you'll not need in your day to day life and they should focus more on academics as compared to just theory.

My and my first year <3

Likes

The campus is beautiful and well structured. Infrastructure for research and lab is top notch.
There are a lot of societies where seniors will treat you well and a great alumni network is there.
NO RAGGING. There are strict rules regarding ragging and they make us sign an anti ragging form at the start of the course.q

Dislikes

The faculties are not that much interested and excited to teach.
There is only one canteen in the whole 150 acre campus !!
A massive academic overload is there and a strict attendance policy.

Fees and Financial Aid:

As per the year-wise fees, it keeps on increasing by 5-10%. For the first year it was 2,40,000 including the registration and tuition fees. The further break down of the total fees is 95k for registration and rest 135k as tuition fees. Fees of all my classmates is same. However, there are some provisions where you can avail scholarship on the basis of your income, there is one more on the basis of your jee rank(under 8000 if it is), and one if your working parent has been deceased in between the course.

NSUT the overall truth

it has a descent gender ratio about 1:3 and the interaction between comrades is also good and neat .
the experienced faculties are indeed good and you can rely on them for your grades , they teach well although do not entertain doubts
the boys hostel is not bad at all , although the building may look old fashioned but the interior is quite good , the washrooms, the badminton court and the spacious room are overall good

Dislikes

in the starting, the mess food was okeyish but later they started cutting the cost and become careless about health
the interaction between junior and senior is almost negligible . although it improves on joining societies but in the first semester it wasn't not there at all

placements are very gopod in nsut even for the east west campus. being gtier 1 colg , the average package is around 16 to 20 lpa. for cse department average is arount 20- to 24 lpa . a good amount of students also go for off campus placements . and the intenship opportunities of nsut is also very good many companies offer stipen over 1 lakhs which is enough and also due to the repution of the colg off campus opportunities are also good. around 80 companies visit during placement and overall it is improbving every year and can be fully trusted

NSUT is best choice to study in Delhi after IIT's

Likes

Some Teachers are very supportive, even letting us know about the higher studies
spacious and big, fests are amazing but fees is too high

Dislikes

Some teachers are not cooperative, either with attendance or with grades
labs could not accommodate many children

Placement Experience:

girls start getting internships from 2nd year while everyone becomes eligible from it via 3rd year. placement season start as we get into 4th year. companies like google, microsoft, rippling,zomato and other big companies visit our college.

Amazing and beautiful campus, nice campus life and wonderful societies.
Great placement record and active and supportive placement cell of the college. Provides career guidance and support and prepare for career advancement.
Great infrastructure for first years and every department has appropriate labs with required apparatus and equipments.

Dislikes

The classrooms for second year onwards are some non ac classes so in summer it is a bit hot.
Sometimes the water supply at some water cooler goes out still others do have water.
Vehicles are not permitted inside the campus so students have to park the vehicles outside the campus.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that visited and made offers were - Accenture, Adobe, Agnity, Aakash Institute, Amdocs, Aricent, Ashok Leyland, Aspiring minds, Axtria, Baker Hughes, BHEL, Birlasoft, Boeing, CareerLauncher, Cisco, Cosmic, CSC, DE Shaw & Co, Deloittedd, EXL, Fiitjee, Fiserv,Flipkart, Freescale. Around 320 companies visited the campus making around 1400 offers, with highest package being 1.25 Cr. and average package for CSE branch being 17.75 lpa. Around 70% were placed in CSE branch during the previous year of 2024.

All about nsut dwarka

Likes

Location (it allows me to grow socially)
Peer pressure (helping seniors). There is no ragging.
Good coding culture. Alots of hackathon happens in college.

Dislikes

Academic is tough and some faculty don't teach properly
Attendance is necessary upto 75%.its hard to maintain.
Unnecessary elevative courses like yoga and others.

Placement percentage is about 90%. Overall average is about 18lpa. Cse average is 25lpa . Cse median is 19lpa. As college is in delhi, it provides good availability for off campus placement because of Gurgaon and noida.

My view on NSUT

Likes

Several societes for people with hobbies and interests other than academics
Decent infrastructure having well built roads
Strict actions against indiscipline activities

Dislikes

Strict 75 percent attendance criteria putting a lot of stress to sit in class even when we are not interested
Very high home state reservation of 85 percent leading to dilute student quality
Too serious curriculum putting a lot of academic pressure and not leaving time for hobbies other than studies

Placement Experience:

My college has decent placement while there has been a dip in placement due to recent war situation in israel and russia causing a bad market condition,still my college has fair placement scenario as i am from cs i only know about its placement so the thing is if you manage to acquire good skills and decent cgpa that is over 8 you should be good to go.7 semester students are eligible for placement almost all major companies come here

NSUT review

Likes

The boy is to girl ratio was decent in here
The strictness is there so that we're focused on studying
The lush green look of the campus feels refreshing

Dislikes

The attendance policy is way too strict here
The mess food quality is really not the best
The administration could be better in my opinion

Placement Experience:

The campus has decent placement with about over 95% as of 2023 with an average package of 17LPA across all majors. Getting a job won't be a problem and our highest placements are 60LPA provided by Google. 2nd being 56LPA by zomato
