The college environment is good and competitive
The campus is lush green and too greenery
Competitive coddling environment and placement

Dislikes

There is lots of unused space and it can be occupied by buildings
75 percentage criteria and college is strict on attendance criteria
Some professors are rude and lab faculty is also bad

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is in transforming phase and it is still needs some changes in some terms it becomes outdated like in first year we taught other engineering branches subjects and in onwards year we learn core subject of branch

Class Size: 122Course Fees: INR 1050000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity is also good in Coll many companies come for on campus internship opportunities the average stipend is one lakh that is pretty good. There is lots of MNC internships like Microsoft and google etc..

Placement Experience

The placement is good in my college many companies come for on campus placement and internships companies like apple google Microsoft Meta Amazon flipkart Swiggy Zomato intel and nvidia comes for placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the first year is 2.4 lakh and for 2nd year is 2.5 lakh and for 3rd year is 2.7 lakh and for 4th year it is 2.9 lakh and for the whole course the fees is 10.5 lakh there are some scholarships which is provided by central government and state government

Campus Life

Campus is good also environment is good it depends on your peer group coding environment and helpful senior push green campus and classroom is also good and new classroom is advanced and a new halls are also maded

Admission

I choose this college because I have not performed well in the jee advanced and by mains rank I am getting this college and I have also interest in tech field and I am getting CSE in this college so that's why I have chosen this college

Faculty

The proceser to students ratio for first year is one proceser teaches hundred students . The course structure : when subjects has lab then 30 marks is given by lab and 20 from mid sem and 50 marks from end sem.

Night Life

Nightlife is average and mostly students are day scholar and some are hostellers so mostly day scholars have to go home after 8 pm and there is restrictions on the hostellers after 10 pm have to go outside so night life is average

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I applied for Dtu also and I was getting electrical engineering there and also in NSUT.But considering the distance I choose Nsut over Dtu as I live in Uttam nagar. The Hidden Truth of NSUT

The reason why I chose this college is a bit of personal reason. My two years of hard work didn't pay off well and I didn't want to go to a pvt college, I had made up my mind for that. I was also getting the same branch ICE in BITS too , but due to the reason that it is far away from my home was a bit challenging for me. Also I was getting ECE in Thapar but it was rejected it as the fee is really high. For NSUT, you need to give the JEE mains exam, and after that fill up the JAC counselling. For BITS we have BITSAT exam in which there are two attempts and the best of two counts. Similarly it has its own counselling. For Thapar , you can get admission on the basis of BOARDS score and JEE Mains score as well. The admission process is not that difficult , everything is online , from the fee payment to choice filling. But once the seat is alloted in a particular branch, you need to appear physically the the desired college, in which all the documents will be examined. If you fail to do so or if there is any disperency in the documents , seat will be cancelled immediately. So fill all the required details carefully....Read More
