NSUT the overall truth

curriculum is not as relevant as it should be in the first year . but it is not a thing which we do not see in any other engineering colleges. from second year onwards the curriculum is very relevant based on our branches during first year we have lots of subjcts of other branches which the ant us to undersrand . ECE 3 to 4 course in our 1 yr curriculum . the syllabus can be easily cobvered few days before exams . rattu tota have a lot of scope to get good cgpa

as i am a first year student i dont have much idea about this but according to bhatia sir , head to tnp training and placement, there are numerous opportunities provided which attracts large number of companies for the internship opportunities. as i have heard from the seniors many almost ever company offer stipen for 3rd yr students and it vireis from 20 thousands to even 2 lakhs . also for girls the opportunities are available from the 2nd yr itself and they also get these benefits. so overall its okey in the internship matters.

placements are very gopod in nsut even for the east west campus. being gtier 1 colg , the average package is around 16 to 20 lpa. for cse department average is arount 20- to 24 lpa . a good amount of students also go for off campus placements . and the intenship opportunities of nsut is also very good many companies offer stipen over 1 lakhs which is enough and also due to the repution of the colg off campus opportunities are also good. around 80 companies visit during placement and overall it is improbving every year and can be fully trusted

the total fees for the btech progream is about 10 to 11 lakhs and it increases by some amount every year it it devided as 1st year 2.4 lakhs 2nd year 2.5 lakhs 3rd year 2.7 lakhs 4th year 2.9 lakhs the scholarships are available for 1st on basis of cgpa, but its generally less 2nd on basis of income,delhi government provide scholarship which can be availed by submitting income certificates and property papers etc, this scholarship is considerably high than the 1st one 3rd on basis of defence quota , nsut come under those colleges in which this scheme exist,u just haver to verify a member in the defence and u will get about 30k scholarship every year

overall expirence is really amazing . campus life is very good. we have a lot of things top do and to play with. we usually have many things to do so we dont get botred any time. there are more than 50 societies in our copllege . we literally have societies for ever criteria . like dancing singing sports coding, everything , infrastructure. is preetyy decent and maintained. . the fests are also amazing tech fest resonanz which happen in odd semester and moksha which held in even semester are really really good mean almnost best in entire delhi singers like raftar , king, niti mohan do come and overall the days are soo fun to have

hostel facility is very good in our colg the only problem is that they charge much . being a government college , the charges of the hostel and mess accomodation is on a highest side . so there are 2 options single and double rooms, the single room are in abbundance so there is no fight in that . alspo the washrooms looks okeyish some are well maintained byt those on 3rd 4th floors are in a typical condition. also the pgs around the college are also available and are also pretty decent as told by my friends

a tier one college which is also in delhi is one of the thing everybody will love to get in . through JOSSA , i was getting mnnit jaipur (bteh in. artificial intelligence ) but not cse if i did get cse in mnnit jaipur than i would probably go there but i think it was a good decission to get into nsut cause of the overall surroundi9ng and delhi environment, placement , location , reputation and alumni network is very very good so no doubt this colg is better than a lot of nits and accorrding to me it will be in. comparisson to the top 5 nits

faculty members are usual. some of them are good , some are moderate , some are very srtict strictness is based on assignments , attendance and sopme other factors. we have 6 course for this semester, each course have its separate proffessor , and separate labs staff. and we have eighty students in our batch and 2 sections . there are 4 class tests, 1 midsem per semester and 1 endsem per semester. faculty is very approacheable , they provide propoer time for doubts and issues . sachin sir is one of the best faculty (mathematics) reason is being so friendly , and being a proper guide . i wont reveal the name of the fculty but she is very bad at teachin g , she judt used to read from the pdf her notes ans ask questions

nightlife is okayish not very good but there are a lot of things to do in hostels like there are two bandminton courts , 2 table tennis tables , carrom and a lot of space other than the tv room , library (which never opens) apart from the lack of ac , hostel are fun in nsut . there is incampus gym free and very decent with many equipments apart from the rush time gym is okey. the surrouding is ok like there are many many malls , parks and markets in. a circle and easily accesible metro.vegas , radison , smash , dwaka sports complex , markets are all there in a 2 km circle
