The redemption

Likes

The freedom of jipmer campus was very nice
The Holi and other cultureral program very good
The academic schedule was very good and friendly for students

Dislikes

The attendance maintenance was very much task
Some faculty was very rude behaviour to us
Programs also very less in jipmer campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

-In my course there is so many opportunities in abroad and final year was salary for us -in curiculam has less number of holidays that should change -The frequency is at around 3 to 4 month and have 3 IA and exam timing is 90 minute.The exam is a medium level .

Likes

Excellent academic facilities such as lecture halls, practical labs, museums
Very experienced faculties who ate either doctors doing their md or professors

Dislikes

Tight academic schedule and less holidays
Vast infrastructure and have to walk a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that the curriculum of my course which is Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science in Jipmer is excellent for an individual looking to graduate. Here we have a curriculum of human physiology and anatomy, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, and virology. We even have a dissection hall session. I am sure there is graduates who are well prepared for the real-world application of this course and then we have a foundation course for one year, which includes communication skills, biomedical waste management, medical Law and ethics, communicative English, spoken Tamil, research, methodology.. etc. I would say this is perfect for an individual Texan. In this field. The frequency of exams is three internal assessments within a 2 to 3-month gap, he sent up an exam and a university exam in a year and we have to study well I have a good plan to cope with all this

JIPMER ALLIED MEDICAL COURSE REVIEW

Likes

Campus life is good. You get to learn a lot of things and enjoy at the same time
Medical facilities for students is remarkable. You get free treatment if you're sick
Facilities provided is great compared to other govt institutions

Dislikes

Jipmer academic Center is not punctual which wasted a lot of our time for many things
Less stipend for internship. It is 5000 per month now
Not much attention is given compared to mbbs students

JIPMER is one of the top medical institutions in India. It provides a great exposure to latest technological advancements. If you want a good exposure to different laboratory methods, this is the best place. After this, you can also pursue higher studies in different fields of biology.

Jipmer my dream destination

Likes

Huge campus, eco friendly and well maintained
There are huge facilities like swimming pool,football ground ,badminton stadium
Affordable fees, availability of library ,clinical exposure

Dislikes

There is no ac in hostel they should look into it
You cant take too many leaves 75% attendance should be there
Year back system it should be changed because many of them get year back because of attendance issue if its 74.7%

Course Curriculum Overview:

-Its a profession we get best clinical exposure and i think there are more job opportunities -after completing this course there are many job opportunities for us we can take any branches -everything is good teaching methods and curriculum but the faculties need to be slightly behave good with students thats all -exam will be conducted yearls there are 3 internals, one sendup examination and university examination

There is well balanced theory and practical class and student will have there postings in there respective department after 1 St year. Student will gain knowledge and skill during there postings which will be useful for future.

Likes

Liked the infrastructure of college. Very neat and clean campus. Good hostel. Faculties are good.
We will get placement. Good teaching. Will get good practical skills and kniwledge

Dislikes

Winter time and summer time. We face difficulty. Its too hot.

Placement Experience:

U can get job easily .. Offering is there. Contract work is there. We can work for 2 year or e year. Time for duty is normal.. After getting degree. I will go for pg course.. Then phd. 100 percentage students will get placements in many places after the course

Likes

The best curriculum and patient exposure
Jipmer students association activities really good
Sports arts and athletics are goings really good

Dislikes

Some of the hostel thing i didnt liked. Its adjustable
Attendance cut off the students from other states
Behavior of some faculties and no merciness

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course and curriculum is so sooo good. I'll rate 9 out of 10. Great hospital exposure is the main attraction. We can see lot of patients and we have an opportunity to deal with them and treat them. It's a good practice before the graduation. And the curriculum is already well planned by faculties. We Bsc students facing small issues with the attendance percentage.

The infrastructure is highly technical and updated
All cultural events like ‘spandan’, malang and many more
Famous authors as lecturers and highly efficient classrooms

Dislikes

Locality , not well developed locality is surrounded
Too strict adacemics and compulsory attendance
No transportation facilities,as the campus is too wast it gets overwhelmed

Jipmer:Dream college for medical students.

Likes

Campus:campus is ver big and natural environment of campus.
Education: Good quality of education is provided.
Hostel: Hostel rooms are cleaned and well maintained and ventilated.

Dislikes

Admission process:Complex and time consuming.
Work: large amount of work is in the hospital.
Weather:very hot weather all the year and during winter also.

Placement Experience:

PLACEMENT:After internship students can apply for jobs in prestigious colleges and universities in country. During internship student will get 12000 per month for the one year also getting the experience certificate.

Like any other institution, JIPMER will offer you some of the best and worst days of your life.

Academically, I gained exposure to a vast variety of cases. This has worked to enhance my confidence as a medical professional.

In the Pediatrics ward, you may visit the neonatal ICU, and see how sick newborns are taken care of. You may attempt resuscitation on a baby. You may conduct deliveries in the Labour room, and perform minor sutures. You may interact with cancer patients, and others suffering from life threatening illnesses. You may work in the surgical emergency department.You’ll witness many births and deaths.

JIPMER lets you explore your field of interest. Whichever department you are interested in, you can volunteer for the same. You can volunteer in every department if you like, no one will stop you.

I secured 548 marks(GEN) in neet 2022 and I want to pursue Bsc Nursing. Which college should i choose from JIPMER,LHMC,RAKCON? I want to work abroad after my nursing degree. I am from Maharashtra. Please help me regarding these. I am very confused what college to choose as I am eligible for all the colleges.

All the three insitiutes are popular and good for pursuing B.Sc Nursing program. But considering the factors such as infrastructure, faculty, exposure, internships, placements, etc. JIPMER stands on top of the other two colleges.
