- The uni could improve by offering more hands-on industry exposure.
- Sometimes there were delays in administrative processes.
Campus Life
- Northumbria has two campuses in Newcastle: City campus and Coach Lane. I studied at City Campus, which has great facilities like a 24/7 library, a sports center, a student union, and medical services. The campus is always buzzing with events like Fresher's week, International Festivals, and Career fairs.

- Integrated Learning atmosphere and modules.
- Excellent virtual boardrooms for construction Management and built environment classrooms ( Trinity and Ellison).
- Sports Centre for it's excellent sports facilities and especially, the swimming pools and badminton courts made me a huge fan of the university facility team. Anyone would complement them for the way they maintained the facility.
Dislikes
- The liberal attitude can be toned down a little bit for students to focus more on their studies.
- This is in conjunction with previous point. I stated the previous point because the university has excellent academic and support facilities. The liberal attitude could at times make students lose track of the opportunity in hand and time waits for no one. Therefore, stated
- A proper lunchroom would be helpful instead of just grub food and a small snack shop.
Campus Life
- Our university has two campuses. One is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and other in Amsterdam. Libraries, sports center, pub and special labs for licensed software usage is also present. University Digital library and Commons library are open 24/7. Christmas and easter holidays are celebrated in a very grand manner.
- There are several student organizations and book clubs. However, the elected student representatives who are part of university student committee are actually responsible for addressal of student concern through highlighting issues to university authorities.
Fees
- 18000 pounds were the fees. It was charged semester-wise. I spent around 600 pounds a month. It included housing, food, transportation and recreation. It is possible to keep your expenses as low as 300-350 pounds. I am saying this if the student is planning to lead a very meagre lifestyle by residing in a house with more than the permitted number of residents, which is not recommended in the current scenario of the UK.

- Well Qualified Staffs
- Located in heart of London City (Zone 1)
- University will provide very good academic support
Dislikes
- We cant get the Big UK university experience in this campus as it is a very small campus. If you are only focused in studies and not considering the University environment then it is not a big deal.
- As it is located in central London (Zone 1) transportation is little expensive. but you will be having only 2 days of offline class.
- In this campus there is no physical Library, but you will be having access to the online library which is huge. You can get any articles or books form online library 24/7.
Campus Life
- There is no big events or fests in this London Campus, as I told before it is really a small campus. Main campus is in New castle.
- As I answered before there is no big facilities, you will have a pantry where you can get Tea or coffee as much as you want and the study area apart from that nothing much.
- Sorry, No campus festivals. No extra curricular activities. Those are there just for name sake.
Fees
- My tuition fee was £19200, they asked me to pay a deposit of £5000 and then balance the amount after my course started.
- Transportation cost will be totally based on which zone you are living and weekly only 2 days will need to attend the class. So considering transportation it will be around £50 per month.
- Rent also totally depends, whether it is single sharing, Double sharing or three sharing but in average it will be around £350 to £400 per month if you need a decent place to live.

I chose Northumbria University as I had a lot of recommendations about this university from my tutors and friends. This University is in the top 50 best university ranking list for the UK. This university also had the course I was looking to study and also offered an advanced practice semester where we can either secure an internship with a company or work on a research project to get a better understanding of the field.
Fees
My Total fee was £18000, as I had chosen the Advance Practise degree. if you choose to do a normal 1-year degree then it's around £15000 - £16000 in total.
