Remarks

There is now politics in college which is making it worst. The faculties are having debates in between them. The politics outside the college is affecting college very badly. The campus is reduced due to political pressure and is getting lessen day by day. After this there are very bad bathrooms which college needs to improvise

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Exam structure is Semester wise. In each Semester we have ISE1(10 marks),MSE(30 marks), ISE2(10 marks) and ESE(50 marks). In this the ISE2 marks are kept confidential. Expect this there is MakeUp exam once in year which gives you second chance to pass in subject. This MakeUp exam is a written exam of 100 marks. The revaluation process is also available and is started in year of 2018 because of many complaints. As being an Autonomous Institute, your Answer sheet doesn't leaves the campus.

Placement Experience

5

College has a great reputation in field of placement. The placement partners are TCS, wipro , Mercedes, Accemture, Principle and lot more. Atleast of 3.2 lakh package was provided to appearing student in year 2018. But not everyone is intrested in campus placement and many move on to UPSC and other competitive exams. Mamny other choose to go for higher studies.

College Events

5

Many events are held by college and also by Shivaji University. Other than Annual Social Gathering and Annual Sports many technical events are organised. But unfortunately all the responsibilities of this events are given to students so there are lots of fights among students to become Head of Event. Many malpractices were also found in these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a lot expensive for this college. The fees in year 2016 was 72000 , while in 2019 it was increased to 84000. Even if you are from reservation and get scholarships, you have to pay fees. In year 2019,this college imposed a fee for identity card which was 200 rupees. Later after a rebel, college lost a legal fight and returned the money. In the same year college collected 26000 rupees from every passing candidate in form of credit vouchers.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are good facilities for scholarship which are provided by Government. College does not offers scholarships. If you want loan , you should get it yourself from bank. College has a different scholarship section which deals with this.

Campus Life

3

The college has supported students to form different clubs and gatherings which keep alive the extracurricular activites. Labs are in good condition. There are some labs which are best. Many companies like Nvidia,Johndeer etc have invested and built labs in college campus. But due to improper maintaince these labs are going down and are used as faculty cabins.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Bed Bugs. As every hostel has, this hostel too is filled with bed bugs. It is good and close to nature. It has hot water facilities and 24 hour water. There is also RO water purifier available. The girls hostel is totally secure and is in good comdition. The hostel fees are more than they should be. But in year 2017 everyone was forced to apply for college mess which is horrible. Its the worst food serving facility ever. This college also has a Cyber Hostel naming facility. This hostel is located in centre of campus and has full access to wifis.

Alumni/Alumna

The best part of this college is Alumni. Many alumnis of this college are reached at good height. They are in touch with the current students. The college plans An Alumni Meet every year and calls for the 25 year old batch. The alumnis are too helpful and would definitely help you.

Admission

You need to score appereciable marks in Mh-cet or JEE or equal like exam stated by State Government of Maharashtra. Then the DTE will release the admission process. The process is mostly online. Once you are alloted the college , join it with original documents.

Faculty

3.5

Most of the faculty members are extra ordinary with lots of achievements and are kind with students. The have achieved excellence in their respective fields. But some faculty is not sutiable. College has made a contract with local security company which is enforcing laws and rules in bad way. They are goons in uniforms. Morever there are some cases on teachers for molestation and other issues.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
