Remarks

Every good things has some of negative pointsb as like our college also has.like late coming,no uniform everyday , management is to week and some teachers also.but averall is very good.no deep negative points.

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science and engineering is a good course under the University of MAKAUT. 2 semesters comes every year and you need to passed every subjects. there are 5-6 theory papers and 3-4 lab papers, you need to passed all.

Placement Experience

Overall placement was not good.they provide us lower quality company. yes, they provide paid and non paid internship for us.i got a non paid internship.and complete a project on Android but many of student got paid internship and there stipend was 5000-8000rs.

College Events

1.freshers 2.anual fest function 3.anual sports 3.independents day 4.republic day 5.teachers day 6.language day 7.and many more like blood donation camp organization and planting trees,and many more events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There are total 8 semesters and you need to pay 38000-44000rs as per semester.in total around 4laks of total course fee.neither it's feasible nor expensive.but for poor students there are scholarships.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no loan policies but scholarships are available for poor students who have Bellow 60000 annual family income they should get two types of 1.WBFS West Bengal freeship sceam and TFW tution free Weaver's sceam.

Campus Life

Overall good.all labs are very good,there are enough facility and in sports there are cricket football volleyball, table tennis,chess and college conduct every year anual events.EA is very good there are many chance to getting score In EA.

Hostel Facilities

In our college there are no hostels.only college building there.overall college infrastructure very good. No ragging,no distrubence in the college and many facility there.tgere are a play ground in the college.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful.senior students are helping every things like study,sports,coading,book,notes, research,projects every thing they are very good and network is very strong to everyone.and there a strong bonding.

Admission

Need to get a rank in wbjee or AIEEE , after that choice fill up start then after counseling there is a starting rank and closing rank if you in comes under that rank you should get admission then you need to contact to the college.

Our faculty was very good.there are 2-3 teachers for every subject. they are careful and helpful. they help us as much as possible. they guide us and teach us very carefully. every students can clear there doubt any time.

Placement Experience:

Yes our college offers campus placements.Students from 4th year are eligible for campus placements.Many reputed nation and international companies like microsoft,Wipro,TCS, Infosys and many more companies offrers placement every year in this college. arrording to 2025 deta overall placement rate was 82 percent, Highest packege was 80 lpa and average packege was 12.6lpa. My only plan to get a good placements.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months
