Remarks

Positive remark is that we have a large library which provide us with enough to graduate easily in any course. Not much to say about negatives. Something negative is that there is a main negative guy in college which no-one dares to question his shittiness, he sees all kind of bad things when a girl and boy sit together in verandas during break or bunk our classes. So he binded up our college verandas with iron bars and made seats that are 1 meter from one another.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Our course curriculum is pretty good, we have to do a lot of work by ourself try hard to push ourselves to our limits to achieve what is meant for us or what we dream to become. The exams are of different types we have internal exams which are exams in about a chosen topics whose marks are added later to our semester exams. The semester exams occur at the end of every semester. We have 3 years of study and 6 semesters of exams.

College Events

5

We have celebrated all kind of events in our college. This is my last year in college but,I'm certainly sure that we haven't missed any kind of celebration as like Onam, Christmas,New year celebration,Holi, College Day celebration and all kind of events every college celebrates.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Well there are different types of course like aided courses, self financing courses and other courses. Compared to other courses only self financing courses have an little expensive semester fees, exam fees etc. Other courses have a feasible fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know much about any of the college provided scholarships but we can avail any kind of scholarship that is made available by government to students. My college is a Muslim management college so of course they also provide some sort of scholarship to the poor students.

Campus Life

3

We have a larger play ground than that of any college. We play football, cricket in our ground. We also have a training session for judo.We organise department wise program in which students from all departments join and participate together. We have microbiology lab, biochemistry lab, chemistry lab, physics lab in our college although students not from the other departments cant visit the lab,we can see lab from outside. It is pretty awesome.

Alumni/Alumna

I dont know about any alumni networks of my college and of course i have seen one of their contributions to college library, they set up an water purifier which can give hot water, cold water and normal water and that is one good thing by the alumni network. And to comment on senior students they were not so friendly at the beginning but they became our friends eventually. It was nice to be with them.

Admission

I got admission in the 2nd allotment of calicut university. Then i went to college, submitted my certificates of my 10th and +2th.Then i paid my fees for my course.I was asked to meet the principal,he confirmed my admission in the college, later I went to see my department head to approve my registration to the course. He asked me to study well and not be lazy, and so after that I was admitted to the college.

Faculty

5

We have friendly teachers who not only teaches us but they encourage us to try hard and focus on our goals. The empower us by letting their energy into ours. The are very strict in classes and that is for our own good. They are not the one's benefited when we graduate from college. They can be good and bad at times

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
