Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in physics.so i took the course.faculty student ratio was 1:6.faculties are all NET qualified phd holders.teaching is totally student centric.We do follow calicut university instructions for exams and it is moderately difficult to pass.

Class Size: 34Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is only semester fee that is according to the course that we took.i hadnt taken any kind of scholarships.But there are several scholarships available both on state and central level provided by respective governments

Campus Life

Library is very large.infact it is larger than the entire college itself.there will be union inauguration day,college day,onam,Christmas celebration etc..fine arts and sports will nbe conducted at the end of academic year.there are national service scheme and palliative care club in the college

Admission

I have taken Bsc phyiscs.One should take science as main in their higher secondary education inorder to get admission for this course.I had got in to this through single window system of college admission provided by Kerala government.More over college provides reservation for community quota students

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Peekay college, The heaven of studies and programs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers. Real world applications are that i can be a good psychologist. The exams are gaped 6 months. Difficulty depends on the teachers who prepare the exam papers. But mainly it is syllabus based.
