A short review

The college seems good at first glance and is good too but needs to get better as there is always room for improvement. For example the ranks for normal courses in the college is not that high. Competition is not provided nor is the exposure.

The course curriculum though not too bad needs update. The present curriculum was founded long agi and is not too practical on the present scenario. The exam structure is as of any normal TDC course. Based on semester and semesterly exams with internal tests for the internal grading systems.

No internship and campus placements are available. Though these courses are job oriented so you can land a job soon after college. The self financed courses such as the BBA, BCA and MTM are priced low as compared to all other colleges in the region but at the same time, education provided is up to the marks.

The college does celebrate events and just recently had sent a group to represent Indian culture in front of the Bhutanese president. The annual functions and fresher days are responsibly celebrated along with the sports weeks giving students the breaks from the monotonous college lifestyle.

The fee structure is good for the courses like B.Sc, B.A. , B.Com etc but is too harsh on the self sustaining courses available on the college itslef and collects a hefty amount on the students. The burden of the whole college is put on these courses and they arr expect to not even take part in general elections thougg the earlier elections have always been won by students from these sources.

The labs are good having all the basic facilities. The computer lab though good packs a wifi system that should have been present and is present even at small colleges. The others labs are practically doing good too.

The alumni network is not as established but seniors do help on possible grounds and the college union stands for any student grievance not addressed properly. you can always find some one ti stand with you inside the campus at any time.

The forms were submitted along with the marksheets and a dare of admission was given. On the given day, names of qualified students based on the merit list was announced and then the formalities took place.

Educated, has good knowledge. Gives as much help as possible. Enough teachers are not available so some elective subjects though present are not allowed to be picked. The same teachers have to teach three batches of 70 students approx and still do a very good job. The batches are small meaning more importance to individual students. Doubts are clarified as soon as brought to notice.
