Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the curriculum as fairly relevant and reasonably comprehensive. It covers the core concepts of the subject. However there is scope for improvement in term of practical exposure, and removance of irrelevant subjects like SEC, VAC, AEC etc.
Internships Opportunities
KPMG, Zeilhoch, Competition Commission of India, Solnix Media, Headsup Corporation, Reslink Energy, SMAPIT Media etc and many more companies provide internship in our college and our conveyed to us through our Placement Cell.
Placement Experience
The college provides limited but gradually improving internship opportunities. Students become eligible for campus placements in their 3rd and 4th year. While placements are not the primary focus of the course, the college provides basic support throufh placement cells, career guidance sessions, and internship related assistance
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is fine. Only 22000 per year for my course which is quite affordable for everybody. The registration fees was not included in the fee structure as it was just for attempting the entrance exam. The fees is same for all categories of students except in case of scholarships
Campus Life
We have 2 fests, one in september called jalsa and other is nexus in february. all types of academic books are available in the library, the facilities and technological provisions in the classrooms require improvement and are not up to the mark. the sports and extracurricular provided are good. Student run social groups and clubs are in abundance with low involvement of teachers and are solely run by the students only
Admission
NIRF Ranking was one of the consideration for choosing this college. It provides exposure, experience, opportunities. The admission process is simple, only have to give one entrance exam to get into the admission process, and then a preference sheet has to be made according to our interests and then we are allotted a college according to the seats and our score.
Faculty
The faculty members of the college are generally well qualified, experienced and knowledgeable except a few. The faculty to student ratio is reasonable, which allows meaning classroom interactions. They are mostly approachable and supportive
Night Life
The surroundings of our college is very quite and have a lot of greenery. We have a hostel in our campus. Our college is near satya niketan which has numerous cafes and restaurants to enjoy a nightlife. The locality is safe for night
