My journey and experience at Hansraj college.

The course curriculm is good in terms of relevance and comprehensive. The curriculum covers the core subjects in a structured manner, which was one of the main reasons i chose this course. The inclusion of foundational papers, skill based subjects and electives also help to enhance knowledge.

My college has a dedicated student run internship cell that works to connect students with internship opportunities throughout the years. Mahy companirs such as bajaj capital , ernst & young (EY) have offered internship opportunites. But jot every student get opportunity to get internship.

The placement opportunities in my college are limited. Full fledged campus placements are not offered for most of ug courses. Usually the students become eligible in their final years for placements. My plans after completing course is to give rbi banking exam.

The fee structure of my course is reasonable and mostly fixed, but a slight increase can be noted from previous times. In my first year the fees of mine is 33000 per year and i am from obc category but one of my friend is foreign student she have to pay approx 100000 per year.

My overall experience with my college is very nice and engaging. I got exposure . I got to know about various new things. My college is vest especially in social interactions and exposure. The library is well maintained. Classrooms are also in very good conditions and spacious.

I chose this college because of its strong base of commerce after Srcc it was my priority. On my first preference there was srcc as it is the top college for commerce but on my second preference it was hansraj college that i got i didn't get into srcc as my marks were less then cutoff but yeah i am very happy with hansraj college. To get admission in my college cuet exam should be cleared. Cutoffs depend on students performance.

The faculty members of my college are mostly well qualified , supportive . The facult to student ratio is decent . Mostly the faculty members are approacheable and willing to clarify our doubts. The course structure is also well organized and follow the du curriculm.

The night life around my college is quiet and limited students usually relax by visiting kamla nagar's cafes , food outlets , street food areas and etc. The locality around college is generally safe till evening. Overall nightlife is vibrant which help students relax.
