DTU is where responsibility falls!

Economics Hons gives us pathway for entering the government department as well. Economics is also a major subject or UPSE and also because we have geopolitics, and history also in our subjects and all of thes are a part of UPSC exams, I took this course. So, DTU Economics Hons can reach you basically of a lot of subjects which are there in UPSC.

I did my internships last month as it was a holiday. One or the content creators on geopolitics is where I interned at. Stipend was just 6000 but understandint soft power and how economic policies can bring that power is what I learned there.

Every year 180 students batch ka prepared to leave the campus. Our of those 120 stands eligible for placements and 80 of those ho for placements. Nearly most of those who clear the final round are placed from DTU and BAE average is close to 6 lakhs per annum.

Our tuition fees is around 50000 a semester and then all additional changes and all takes it upto 57-58k per semester. Exam fees per semester is around 2200 per semester and that is paid twice a year. Also I couldn't avail any scholarship due to not having that many marks but otherwise students with good grades do get scholarships at DTU.

Yes Praribimb, Solitaire and a fashion society of USME mostly compete within DTU as DTU too has same and students get to perform during college events. We have some events like Diwali, Navratri and all at our campus. The large events though are still hosted at the DTU Main Campus which is primarily now and engineering campus.

DTU portal is the way to apply for DTU and one has to punch in their 12th scores, stream and CUET scores. The cut-off obviously chop and change as per demand and in 2023 when I took admission the cut off for BAE at DTU was 634. It went down this year but from 575-650, it can be anything between that.

Our faculties have industry oriented insights and that makes them special. Real world complex problems projects are assigned to us and each of those assignments carry a good weightage on scores and therefore each student works really hard on them. Our faculties helps us in the same whenever we need their help.

Our East Campus street is full of crowd as it is not so far from residents. So right outside we get an e-rickshaw which takes us to metro in 10 mins. We catch that and roam various areas of Delhi as Delhi has a lot of places and three years of college life are still not enough to explore them all.
